I   just feel the management very scheming. just ipo only no cash to pay meh? why must issue new shares? all the ipo money spend on ktv isit?

of cos they have to pump the price to above 0.375 la. make it seems to Golden Harvest like a steal to have 2.23 mil of shares worthwhile ma.. why would GH get shares at 0.375 when mkt price was at 0.33x? after the deal is done, free fall liao.

Buying at 37 or 37.5 is high risk now as 37.5 is the consideration price for the share unless BB playing up...but then result next week likely to be bad...a chance to exit instead for BBs?

SINGAPORE, 23 November 2016 - ACROMEC Limited (&ldquo ACROMEC&rdquo or the &ldquo Company&rdquo , and together with its subsidiary, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ), an established specialist engineering service provider in the field of controlled environments serving mainly the healthcare, biomedical, research and academia sectors today announced that it will acquire 60% of the issued and paid-up share capital of Golden Harvest Engineering Pte Ltd (&ldquo Golden Harvest&rdquo ) for a total consideration of S$1.86 million. 

Of the purchase consideration, S$860,000 will be paid in the form of new shares of the Company at an issue price of S$0.375, representing a premium of 10.8% over the average of the volume weighted average prices of the Company&rsquo s shares for the last 5 trading days before this announcement.
