As I mentioned to you before, the short sellers never left SIA alone.
In their mind $5 is too expensive.
Now the banks are willing to " chut " $4.90 . It is like bargaining
So you know how buy and sell bargaining works?

My impression is you got it the wrong way round.
It is because the company is profitable and many funds have already bought.
The short sellers are not the BB but some of our local people who borrowed from our broking houses.
The selling we see lately are cut loss.
The short sellers are using Phillips securities

The syndicate shorting glove counters don't care.
They think glove counters are overvalued and are willing to hold shorts long time and persistently till pandemic is over.
They believe the price will come down.
They won't cover shorts till pandemic is over.
Willing to take a long short

That was posted on 18 July when we appear to be on uptrend.
Unfortunately it was a false break..
We are still in neutral region.
I suspect some players are selling to focus on other profitable stocks.
Glove counters are still very gloomy

This was advice from Bro Tik Tak
Short term trading one can still make money buying near support horizontal line(around $1.20) and selling near horizontal resistance line
(around $1.50). Some may sound bullish about that but for me its a NEUTRAL zone for Riverstone.
I break the chart into 3 phases with those 3 verticals line clearly defining the BULLISH, BEARISH AND NEUTRAL period of
this stock. The intersection at point A when the downtrend line meet the vertical line is when this stock turn from bearish to
a positive bias but it fail to make new high(above 1.52 and then came back down to the lows, still a sign of weakness until
recently two weeks it held support and turn back up, all these only seems to me as consolidation before it turn bullish or bearish
again.
So until it break above $1.52 (green arrow) will then I upgrade this stock further to positive with a bullish bias(for fear of false break).
So dont be mistaken that I am suggesting to go long immediately on a break. If there is a catalyst and with very strong volume
then maybe can do so or wait for pullback after a higher low is form. My criterias for a bullish stock must show higher high and higher low
and buyers in control from volume analysis.
For you and some members here who are vested in this stock. Above is my big picture of the stock.
