Dun get me wrong. Just wonder why 5 stars hotel in jurong. If you are tourist who can afford 5 stars hotel, which will be your first choice:orchard ,town, sentosa or jurong?

With 7% rev growth in a tough market and 13% grow in NET annual profit.U$4.75B outstanding order. Increase dividend to 5.5c
Some bb is pushing in down to accumulate.
