If you are vested of course you will say I am talking cock and bull lol. Who holding on to AMAL Will want to hear news like this until the price falls actually happen ? Please be fair . People can say all they want to push the price up but I am quoting analyst from macquire and Dundee capitals so at least I am better those who quote their own predictions . I am by the way no vested in this stocks . Just want to warn some investors here not to be caught in the musical chair.

Shares in lithium miners are putting the pedal to the metal in 2016.

Accelerating demand for lithium-ion batteries used in electric vehicles like those made by Tesla Motors (ticker: TSLA ) have helped drive a 50% increase in the price of the metal in the last year. That?s put Australia-listed miners in the fast-lane, with some of these stocks revving up by as much as 1,500% over the past 12 months. But the rally could be a car-crash waiting to happen.

One cautious voice is that of Macquarie, which reckons the recent run-up in lithium prices is down to lack of supply in the short-term. That?s a dynamic that will keep those currently producing happy for now. But while the investment bank thinks the market will remain tight for the next 18 months based on demand from Tesla and China, there could be a surge in output from new lithium projects by 2018.

David Talbot, an analyst at Dundee Capital Markets, agrees there?s risk from investor hype. He says forecasts for lithium prices ?seem to be all over the map.? The Canadian broker has upped its price estimates for both lithium carbonate and hydroxide twice this year, but suspects it?s ?already low-balling again.? That?s partly down to how lithium is priced: It?s not traded on liquid exchanges like other commodities but priced based on individual contracts, which means less than transparent price reporting. ?Speculative investors are currently driving the markets,? Talbot warns, and ?new companies are literally popping up overnight,? many with little experience of the industry.

A lot of buyers forgot that all these news are pure speculation and the reports of the deposits are just a sampling of the Bald Hill project and it doesn?t mean the entire project will be fruitful. Furthermore this morning reports from Australia and US quote most of the mining firms are overvalued including AMAL.

If they are selling , they will have to broadcast it after they sold it . There is no announcement after the 11 October so they are not selling anymore as of date .

Keppel crop is a SSH of KrisEnergy . In fact Temasek is holding a large part of kris energy through Keppel crop. And just note oil prices have now shot past $58. All time high for last 6 months . Going to hit $60 I believe .

You' ll have already analysed this before. luanboo assumption is JL dump those 46mil shares on the 24 Oct. But to maximise his benefit, his dump as many as he can (after first refusal by LWM) to depress the price to pocket the difference but still keep the shares as AMAL price will rebound back. If the rpice eventually rise to 50cts, then under scenario 1, JL pocket $13.8mil + $23mil.

On surface one can see it this way, JL is pretty much guaranteed the return of his investment of $7mil with the seized shares. Those 46mils shares which LWM transferred to him on a goodwill basis (still cannot understand why do this) are all extra. Deep down, how JL wants to play this, who knows.

This week : 34 cts ~ 38 cts (today closing price)
Next week : 16 , 17 Oct : 38.5 ~ 40 cts

23 Oct : Gap Up 45 ~ 55 cts (biggest volume)

Avg Wt Price 1 week before 24 Oct : 50 cts

I agree with you that it is not JL's intention to push down the SP. At the same time, realistically, i also do not think there is sufficient time and news trigger to push the price up to 50c by 24 October. I sure hope i am wrong though haha.

1 week before 24 Oct, they may do another trading halt and another gap up. 50 cts is very possible to reach. And with HK funds support, it is almost a certainty.

Oil drops again ... Another dump expected tomorrow ... Will pick up some again if price is attractive. Dump and then pump. Don't expect very high returns, but I am not greedy. Andy, everything is a big if . Anyway there?s a lot of people stuck at 0.35-0.42 during the last pump and dump that make so many stuck at that price , I m pretty sure there are many queuing to sell to recover some cash for holidays etc .

It?s moving up because china?s economy back on track to exceed forecast while its processing plant has just been restarted . This is a stock to watch . Should be hitting 0.15 in a while . Not vested though .

Good luck to those holding . I can see a lot of money will be stucked on a non - dividend paying stock . Everything is not concrete and yet the share is priced in at 0.365. It?s better to wait and enter at 0.27-0.28.
