how to create the illusion when it is widely known that there are massive writs of summons and you are selling off assets to pay off loans? they are better off creating a new company.

makes me wonder a shell company inject disuse mines and create hype to create billions of dollars by pushing stock price up.  dumb company saddled with debts cant create the same illusion and push to price up and make gains to pay off their debts?
