Just 4 fun arh.... Highest call 4.80, lowest call 2.20, add and divide by 2 give you a average of 3.50 tio bo say 20% error on their forecast 3.50X0.8 = $2.80 le if kiasu X0,75=$2.625, so you multiply by whatever error you deem fit and chose your fair value lor...

Below was what I posted on 5th October at my thread, dunno useful or not. SATS - Rights Issue Market talks of $2.79 rights price is very interesting when I look at the chart of SATS. As you can see from the highlights on the chart, $2.78 was a previous high and 2.60-2.80 was a previous breakout area that became supported during covid sell-off. Technically speaking these area of historical levels of resistances and supports are of significant importanance when considering entry level of a stock. All the bre@st

No need to guess how low it can go or speculate what will be the rights price, if one like the acquisition just buy small amount and subscribe to whatever the offers. After rights issue still got plenty of time to decide to add or not. There is no need for much speculation if one has a long term outlook for SATS. This is not Taiwanese Jacky Wu I guess I guess I guess guess tv show la. |

Not knowing how they are going to finance the purchase that jump is quite good and surprising with uncertainties including interest rate and economy. Using debt at these high rate or rights issue at 2.79 quite brave for those buying on the way up.

Depending on holding period, both can be wrong and right on different days, weeks or months if you know what I mean....say today buy at 2.95 tomorrow or another week could be 3.00 then correct liao, then again today buy at 2.95 tomorrow or another week can be 2.85 then wrong liao

If the right issue is sometime in Mar 2023 and the price is 2.79, is there any hurry to buy this stock? Was surprise there were two rebound above 3+ after 2.98. Slowly slowly see first imho. |

Quite amazing, just saw some monthly charts on a few Reits and realised a number of these stocks that bottom during covid in 2020 also peaked in 2020 dunno to laugh or cry .
