What Temasek selling means is that we need to hold back before before we add to existing positions because we do not know how much they have to sell and we do not know where the price will settle ( although my guess is $2.29 - that is just my estimate so please make your own decision - it is your money and your choice )
We also do not know the rights price or how many rights will be offered and we do not know whether the deal will go through ( it is subject to approvals ) nor do we know the impact of the negative global sentiment including whether there will be a recession and how deep and long lasting it will be (on SATS as with any share)

If they finance through bonds it will be good for the lenders, institutions or retails.
If they finance through equity only not so good for lenders/SH. When one subscribe
to rights issue we are also lenders.
If they finance through both bonds and equity then not so bad for all or whatever loans
arrangement they can come up with in combination.

Depends on how we look at it.
If I measure from its high to recent low then
AEM is down about 40%
Frencken is down about 66%
UMS is down about 30%

I would not sell ( not a contradiction) as I am a long term holder and not a trader but I have another 500k on reserve to collect between $2.29 and $2.35 which will average my price and then I will pick up all the rights
Many here and just traders so they cannot understand long term philosophy

The good news is that after all the rights is completed I can see $4.80 within 2 years if there is no deep recession

I' m serious when I say I' ll sell my house to buy if it ever comes down to $2.29.....number 1 cargo handling business in the world.....it' s near monopoly....increase their service rates by 5% worldwide, you imagine how much they will earn.....
These ppl are not stupid ......once the funding issues are resolved, this will increase in value tremendously .....unless there is another round of pandemic or WW3, if not, will b a winning investment ....
