Dear All,
OCBC Analysis is late. Of All Banks Analysis, OCBC Analysis is reccomended not to read.
Previously, i challenged OCBC Top Analysis/ Trader due to some inaccuracy in Trading Analysis OCBC given [EarlyBird14, who thought my prediction is a joke] in past- But none had take my challenge.

10 Nov- I stated a Timeline: 1 Dec- Revised from 3 to within 1 to 2 years (10 Nov 2014- 10 Nov 2016). Combined Value of NOL will rise above my NOL prediction ($1.065).

I bet my entire reputation on this prediction. If not, my reputation will be zero & I will retreat from sharejunction forever. The trading realm will be my judge.

26 Nov b4 opening- I indicate the song power had begun.

SINGAPORE:  Neptune Orient Lines (NOL) is selling its logistics business, APL Logistics (APLL), to Kintetsu World Express (KWE) for US$1.2 billion (S$1.6 billion) in cash.

The shipping liner said in a joint statement on Tuesday (Feb 17) that the move will " unlock the value of the logistics business for the NOL shareholders and strengthen the financial position of the NOL Group."

NOL adds that the net proceeds of the sale will be applied to strengthen its financial position, including to repay its borrowings.

&ldquo This is a strategic move that will allow us to focus on improving our liner shipping business, while at the same time enabling APL Logistics to grow. The transaction will also strengthen our balance sheet and unlock value for our shareholders,&rdquo said Mr Ng Yat Chung, Group President and CEO of NOL.

APL Logistics specialises in four core industries: automotive, retail, consumer and industrials.

The Tokyo-based firm, KWE, said it will continue to invest in and expand APL Logistics&rsquo services to serve its customers better.

6 Nov 2014- APL Logistics (1 billion) is too little. NOL should aim for 1.2 to 1 5 billion. It will be best to release as IPO to enable flexibility & able to retain business by only selling 40%.

My advise:
- APL Logistics (1 billion) is too little. NOL should aim for 1.2 to 1 5 billion. It will be best to release as IPO to enable flexibility & able to retain business by only selling 40%.

- For APL Shipping, a need to sell more vessels to manage undercapacity.
