2) one who keep shorting this when they think its just inconceivable that it keep making new high without any underlying fundamentals

Buy 1000 shares risk $1150 to make $50 which appears to be good. But all con artists do that. They let you earn a bit to lure more of your money in. I did my part by shorting it but I am no match.
