Not sure. Sometimes preference shares may have different rates. These are not normal shares. Otherwise they don' t need to account for the
payment differently?

Hi Prophetjul, for your question A, isn' t dividend payment is equal based on number of shares?

prophetjul      ( Date: 27-Feb-2026 09:50) Posted:

But revenue is not based on a stationary gold price target.
It' s based the average selling price.
If your target pirce is just a high price of $6,500, the revenue will not be based on that.

Chekmygrip      ( Date: 27-Feb-2026 09:10) Posted:

It' s my year-end target. I don' t follow institution/banks targets, though several (including DBS) have estimates in the same region.

Chekmygrip      ( Date: 27-Feb-2026 09:02) Posted:

With gold volume 15000oz and average selling price USD6500 the annual yield should be around EPS 39c. So $5 is on.

Ahhh yes.
$8.257mil has gone to pay the owners.
I think the income tax dept is after this payment.  :)))
Owners are foreigners. There is a with holding tax of 24 to 30% if my memory serves

Just now looking at the presentation and see:
Net profit after tax = 52.2mil
Profit attributable to shareholders = 42mil
That is almost 10mil gone. What has it gone to? Is it to the provision for the income tax claim form the authorities?
But i see the same drop in 2024.
What is the outflow for? Dividends for prefernce shares?

Disappointed with the average gold selling price of $3,589. I was expecting around $3,700 for 2H. Very disappointing. Did management hedge their selling price? If they did, they are very stupid in this rising price environment. As such, 17969 to 2 EPS is only 13.57 cents. I was expecting 16 cents since the output has gone from 17959 to 2600. Good thing cost of production is stable at around $1459.

Yeah. The expectations of the 2H2025 is good.
Provided all the other operations parameters stays stable as 1H, the earnings should be pretty high.
I have EPS at approx 17 cents. That' s at an average sale price of gold at $3,750
Fingers crossed

CNMC has a realistic pathway to reaching the $2 level over time, supported by its position as an established gold producer rather than other purely speculative penny stock.
Unlike counters that rely solely on exploration narratives or unproven resource announcements, CNMC has demonstrated actual gold production and operational track record. This provides a more tangible fundamental basis for valuation, particularly in a supportive gold price environment.

While market conditions and earnings performance will ultimately determine the timeline, the company exposure to real assets and revenue generation distinguishes it from story driven plays. As always, prudent risk management remains essential.
