x 0 		HAHA he is co-founder, got Ousted then bitter haha. he never sell above the current share price. yet after he sell, keep going up? Who absorb? I am not vested, hope DOWN so I can scoop. I did some basic search, Sanli = Temasek = Water = National Importance. 22.5 cents Temasek Price.

Apologies.  He is a substantial shareholder.  Has resigned from his director post.

Sold 9,174,400 shares on 19th July 2021.

I went to Verify this. The person who sold is this: Pek Kian Boon has been SELLING since 5 cents lor.

Co-founder Pek Kian Boon has been selling shares at low prices over the year, depressing the share price. Would management consider buying over all his shares?

Company' s Response: 
Mr Pek Kian Boon resigned from the Group on 31 January 2019 to pursue other personal interests and career opportunities, of which the Board has express its gratitude and appreciation to Mr Pek for his contribution as a former Executive Director of the Company. The sale or purchase of shares in the Company is a personal investment decision on the part of each individual within Sanli&rsquo s management team. As this is a personal matter for each individual, we would like to seek shareholder&rsquo s understanding that we are not able to comment.

Director and substantial shareholders sold his shares yesterday.

When major shareholder sold a major portion of his stake, means it is overvalued.

Results have been delayed. It has to write down its projects with the Covids situation and Myanmmar too.

The co bought back shares at below 8 cents.. 

Release of results extended to by 30th July 2021...

x 0 		Haha my broker send me after he see I short. and he said Don' t Bet Against, Ah Kong. Currently Temasek own 8% of Sanli at 22.5 cents. And Sanli is Ah Kong backed because water is key.

Sanli Environmental, an engineering firm in the water and waste management sector, is seeking to raise $9.7 million in net proceeds through an initial public offering (IPO) on the Catalist board.

Sanli is offering 52 million new shares at 22.5 cents apiece, comprising 49.5 million placement shares and a public tranche of 2.5 million. The public offer opened yesterday and will close on Tuesday next week.

 

The company derives 99 per cent of its revenue from national water agency PUB, but plans to use the IPO proceeds to vie for bigger contracts, buy another factory, and take up projects for other companies and townships in the region.

Sanli' s biggest contract, so far, is worth $114.8 million - a process upgrading project at PUB' s Choa Chu Kang Waterworks - which it is jointly undertaking with another company. Sanli' s portion of the project is worth about $50 million.

x 0 		SSH last week sell 9.9 Million Share but Ho Ching' s Temasek IN. Not vested yet. Went to look at this company cause thinking btw LONG or SHORT.

Reason for Short:
1. SSH Dump 9.9 Mil
2. Up So Much LIao (but then got  $CFM(5EB.SI)  $Yinda Infocomm(42F.SI)  prove bad news also UP)

Reason for Long:
1. Big PUB Contract win of 70 Mil
2. National Strategic Interest: They Cleaning Singapore' s Johnor Water Pipes. No Sanli, No Singapore. Even more important that  $DBS(D05.SI)  or  $SIA(C6L.SI)
3. Hence, Heliconia i.e Ho Ching and Temasek got Substantial Stake (above 5%)
4. Total Contract win is 300+ millio, now marke cap only 40 mil, I think even if say 10% profit margin, double???

Can SHORT or LONG?

x 0 		OMG i saw this on INvesting Notess. their investment placement in chinese company has TRIPLED. 1 month later min 5 cents!

abundance placement share of Jiangsu sopo at 8.3rmb has increase to 20rmb.

Aug result will shows a significant increase in the investment profit segment.
