Public info. He mopped up all the excess rights shares just recently to emerge as the biggest shareholder. There after Toh Soon Huat also crossed 5% holding.
What I do not understand is why OHL did the GO for IPC and then turnaround and says he is not tendering his IPC shares since he is the one making the offer?

Very strange, Apac Sta should come out announcement to clarify this SSH withdrawal issue, continue halt for what ?...No this SSH can close shop har ?...
