Short volume is very low suggests people are dumping this counter. Maybe BB collecting low. Its price-to-book is very low but it is still loss-making with tight cashflow and a looming lawsuit which is currently not in their favour.

It seems to have decoupled from the fact that oil price is rising.

Venture business did improved but the valuation all these analysts placed are already tell-tale sign of the same old shit they are always doing. They did the same thing with O& G counters years ago. Always the same tactics. All sing praise like no tmr. Then when oil trend reverse, they still keep up with their unrealistic valuation intentionally. Ask people to hold. When the truth is straight in poor retail face then their reverse their call to sell. Then when shit hit fan, all cease coverage.

For Venture, $20 is reasonable. If market good, add $3-4 ok. $30 is paying for " potential" . That $10 above the $20 is a premium. But $20 offers little MOS. Now you see the important of MOS.

SGX market really being ripped. Brent hit $75, all SGX almost all O& G dropped. Even Sembcorp Marine also drop.

So far FEG holding ground.

Anyway, first and last trading hour always more volatile. Let see how things are after that.

BB played this counter from $12.31 up to almost $30. Super wide margin for them. Anytime they can trim fats, feed more. i think they will maintain Venture are certain price to maintain the boost in their book but play ups and downs to ripe off retail trader who can afford to play against them.

To who long Venture with margin can tahan that $3+ drop last Friday? BB will not let them see daylight again.

The Company had applied to the SGX-ST for the Waiver on the following bases:- (a) The Company has been working closely with its Auditors to address the going concern assumption of the Company. This assessment requires the Company to gather and finalise relevant data in order to conclude a cash flow forecast that will facilitate meaningful discussions with its Auditors in respect of the going concern assumptions and complete the audit of the Company for FY2017. As at the date of the application, the Auditors have substantially completed their audit but has not signed off the Independent Auditor&rsquo s Report in respect of the Company&rsquo s and Group&rsquo s financial statements for FY2017 (&ldquo FY2017 FS&rdquo ).

I thought with the sale proceed, QTV cash should be able to last them for a while. However, auditor seems to express doubt on it. So what is going on with that US$28mil? All used up to pay toxic bondholders, short-term loan and super fatty mgmt pay and bonus? Somemore still issuing shares to repay debt means they havent got enough cash to do so. Really strange. US$28mil. Where is it?

Yuuzoo calling for EGM remove par value on their shares. Horsay liao. They want blank cheque from all shareholders. Can SGX first pursue if there are any wrongdoing in their issuane of shares to GEM that were below par, followed by a outright rejection to this scandalous resolution.

SCM is now is upward trend supported by rising oil price + pereived even more rising oil price + some contract wins. Wed Q1 results might break the trend (very unlikely) or ensure the trend contiunation. Next hurdle $2.45.

BB pumped FEG up to 4.5cts before the lawsuit news and had sucessfully distributed down to 3.5cts after the news is out.

So trade FEG carefully. Greed will not help you in FEG.

Can see some investors giving up on Ciurts liao but also got some braveheart pick them up. Brace yourself for the FY results, if only impact profit but cashflow strong, then maybe able to hold above 20cts. If poor profit plus poor cashflow, then 20cts really at risk.

QTV just issued more shares to repay the short-term loan they got. What happened to the proceed from the sale of their asset.

External factors, ie oil price, favourable.
Internal factors, ie , business and claims, unfavourable.

Maybe investors just waiting for hte mid-May Q3 results to decide their next move.
