MLM or DIrect Sale Schemes are alike, all are promoting recruitment of downlines to enjoy residual income. All those at the Top are pushing it hard, likewise all the downlines, hence, some will adopt pushy tactics resulted in compliants to authorities especially in China when lots of people hope to get rich quick. I am not surprise of the authority ' s actions. In very quarterly result annoucement, just pay attention of the growth of membership and sale growth as well as sale per member, you can observe the members are just buying the basic product (minimum joining product) and no more.The days of growth like the earlier MLM or DIrect Sale is no longer there.

History is unlikely to repeat lah. Do not expect the past error to happen again as BP risk cotrol is in place when BP came in years ago. Lots of expection on this Q result and yet it' s only edged up slightly. Some fellows just took the opportunity to wrack it down.

Not sure if I am right, Vallianz is supposed to pay Swiber and Rawabi and instead of paying cash replaced by new share issued in order for these debts to be converted to shares just like those creditors of the subsidaiies. It will look better on the books, right?

And where is it that I got the impression that Rawabi will convert their loan to shares? Now they are going to hold EGM to approve rights issue and Rawabi wants its money back? I thought the company has cash to pay their creditors?
Think I smell a rat now. Will it be Rawabi wants to get back as much of its loan back as possible and make the company hold on to whatever cash they have so all trade creditor will have to take shares as payment?
This is a titanic dilution thrown straight at shareholders faces.....

By saying there is no gurantee of any deals what so ever is implying to the bidders that GLP will not accept low price bids... It has better to be reasonable and good .
