Already settled well below $22.96. Next level to test $20.89. US future indices all weak now. Just another $3-$4 drop can reach 61.8% fibo lvl $18.82. All it take is just one day.
This counter too volatile.
Need results to provide some support but even so I am wary BB use good results to offload more to retail. They are after those on contra and margin. Dont play with this one.

It all depends on OPEC. US shale has always been the " naughty" boy. It is all about whether OPEC wants to be the swing producers not. Previously OPEC wants to rein in the " naughty" boy but the price to pay is just too high. Now SA wants to list their Aramco, they will hesitate to employ the same strategy again. They might do so after Aramco gets listed successfully.

Spooked by US 10-year yield hitting 3%. Yield of indice counter which cannot compete with that 3% yield need some adjustment in price. Portfolio mgr will need to adjust their position. Trader will hone in to those counters which have low yield. They will accelerate the market efficiency.

Dont trust the first hour trading. BB using this period of commotion to confuse and hantan retail.
Unless you are the super rich and losing a few k is nothing to you, then you should par down your risk.

For Kris, oil over US$70 is really a great help. OverUS$80, even better.
Over $70, noteholders get 1% more interest. Over US$80, noteholders get 2% more. I am using this as a guage of Kris cashflow. Over US$70 is something that was acheived recently so still too early to say. Also we dont get to see the effect until Q2. But I suppose DD investors know how to take that into account.
However, today price action for most O& G is countertutive. Hm...maybe a reverse psycho is the way to go for today.

Oil hit high, FEG hit low. BB collecting low or dump prior to result, I dont know. So far 3.4cts tested but havent break. If ME tension loose and oil price starts to decline and FEG release a poorer than expected results.....3cts might not hold.

Ayondo is closer to QTV and far away from Yuuzoo. Both Ayondo and QTV upfront show you they are making losses for years. I went in knowing this. I took this bet on Ayondo is betting on the Luminor-QTV pattern. Well it didn' t happen. That' s fine. A small bet to lose.
Yuuzoo is unique. Quote big profit quarter after quarter on " TOTO ticket" .

KRIS is now in favourable condition. No need to gamble on that one. Just need to monitor their Wassana field operation. Oil maintain above US$70 is crucial. Noteholders first one to cheer because they get 1% extra interest payment. Above US$80, they get 2% extra. So KRIS is indirectly telling us that at US$70, they can afford to payout more. That means something. At US$80, no need to say anymore.
Just this Syria situation may not last. So oil may not stay at current level |
