Since you are thinking cut loss, why not cut early? Nothing may happen after AGM.

Will the cash raised for future warrant issue be used for acquisition?

Will china fish go through more warrant exercise or private placement to expand their business continually?

Pacific Andes history is to grow her business through continual merging and acquisition.

China fish seem target to be the largest fishing company.

Pacific Andes group target to be world largest fish processing company.

All are backed by big appetite from china.

After completing the purchase of Copeinca in 2013, China Fishery Group evaluates acquiring other fishing firms in Peru, such as Hayduk and Pesquera Diamante S.A., which have a significant quota in the domestic market.

Hayduk went through a restructuring process that involved the departure of nearly all its management staff.

Now it was learned that the Asian company CEO, Jose Miguel Tirado, had several meetings with Walter Martinez, Hayduk chairperson, reported El Comercio.

For Diamante, it was known that Enfoca fund, which owns 18 per cent of the company, intends to dispose of its stake in the business.

One industry analyst commented: " The problem is that stakeholders want to buy the whole company and not just the 18 per cent. That is why there would be an interest in moving the subject, so the Ribaudos, owners of the other 80 per cent of the company, are motivated to sell."

Even, there is speculation that the Ribaudo family would be tempted by a Chinese investment fund. However, there are rumors that they are not interested in selling, because the offers are not attractive.

Highly likely, another acquistion. Peru anchovy fishing market is under consolidation. Low competitive in the market mean high margin.

MR JOSE MIGUEL TIRADO MELGAR 47, is a general manager of CFG Investment S.A.C., and has been brought in to run our Peruvian operations. He has also been appointed as the chief executive officer of Copeinca in September 2013. Mr Tirado is responsible for the overall management of CFG Investment S.A.C. and supervision of the key managers of CFG Investment S.A.C. Prior to joining the Group in 2006, he was an independent investor owning fishing vessels, processing plants and a fishing vessel shipyard in Peru. Mr Tirado graduated from Bentley College in Boston, Massachusetts in 1990 with a Bachelor's degree in Management.

This is a key man for China Fish in Peru operation.

Old news on 17  Jan  but positive to coming quarter result announced in first week of Feb after CNY.

In addition, landings of Pacific anchovy for the production of fishmeal and fish oil increased by 409.69 percent: 1,157 tons were caught in November 2013, compared to only 227 tons in the previous year.

The Pacific anchovy catch for industrial consumption increased to 1.04 million tons, which is explained by the start of the second fishing season in the area between the north end of the maritime domain to Atico, in Arequipa.

Total volume to bring it down to 46.5 is 4K

among 18k how many are weakholders? Gap to fill. including today, 5 more day to AGM and EGM.

Therefore, they rise once in a year.

Earlybird earned the most dividend stock was Chip Eng Seng. Since 2010, Earlybird bought this stock  every  4Q from 2010 to 2013 and threw  before dividend payment date. Earlybird earned the most in last year.

But  earlybird skip this year because of price  is not attractive.

Dividend stock always running in cycle, just  analyse its PE, NAV and dividend  yield, it will be a good bonus for every year.

China Fish is dividend stock. I believe it will run in cycle after the warrant exercise is settled down in 1H 2014. 4Q 2014 will be another good time to pick if price is attractive.

For sure, the fund and unit trust from banks surely holding this company, the rest of 18.2%, because of  constant dividend payment.

18.2% is  about   364,000 lots of share. Highest trading volume is only 10,000 lots, not even 3% of the total volume holding by minor share holders

DBS? used to give rating frequently. But DBS was also the first one to  downgrade the most during Russian monopoly case.

Nowaday, these brokers are very quiet. They scare to give rating in this type of market.

1 year times. hold till same time of next year, better revenue and profit will return with good dividend, once dividend payment approaching, share price will go up. Usual practise for those company give dividend constantly.

Master, would you mind to share with me your view on Gallant Venture.

Reason of Earlybird buying is because, this year in Indonesia election year, like Malaysia, KL stock market is the hottest market in last year.

Furthermore, since Gallant Venture took over Indomobil, this stock has been quiet for very long. Will the big player take this election chance to push Gallant Venture high.

Same as Sinarmas
