U.S. crude oil falls below $70 a barrel, closing at the lowest level since June

Nothing against Seatrium. But the pressure is too huge.
I am holding my freebie still. The momentum should make it tumble to 9s.

Not sure about 8 or 7. But the price trend resistance at this level should normally see it crack 10 for most of the cases. I have cut some for those non free shares

I guess many shh were concerned about their viability then, so off market buy back was an exit option for them. Off-market>on-market>dividend next?
If so, this really means REWARD finally for those believers and loyalists.

They plan to make max money out of the profit.
If share holders not happy sell to them at low price. During suspension they do not issue dividend and use profit to bought back share holders share at $1.36.
This is how they take opportunity to make more money.
Hope Sgx do something to due with this type if company.

Knowing the two beauties through one of their relatives, they are not bad people.

Anyway, BW cash minus pledged~ $455m / 432m of shares = $1.053, BW is 1.6times

Venture $900m / 300m of shares = $3, Venture is 4X

BW is better.

They have potential to be $3 at least if only they start consistently paying dividends like Venture. This should happen soon, I hope.

But why dun they declare some div this FY ? they still will get most of it - who dun want more $, right ?
furthermore, the no. of shares SBB so far is not very significant so share base not changed much.
the co has so much cash that it cld have easily bought back much more or even hit the 10% SBB limit.

just curious, don' t u think they trying to slowly drag and accumulate shares at super low prices ? they will still get their pay annually anyway, we r the one who get nothing yearly ...

With so much off market purchase and buy backs, the same amount of dividend can distribute more to the two beauties because lesser share base now to distribute.
Not forgetting the two beauties are also shareholders.
