How ESOS works:
Employee exercises at 0.13 and only if price is more than 0.13, they can sell in the market for a profit
If they buy the option (pay to company) and then get stucked they may f the boss for being useless. Such may be good to pressure boss to do something. Also, the boss may expect the company to be profitable and now issue esos to incentivise and reward the workers. Likely profitable now.

But who knows, not sure this kk is a sophisticated guy or a truly Malaysian truly Asia type?

Agree. RS has been making profits and giving out dividend due to specialised cleanroom gloves while other glove companies are down. With electronic sector going back up, the asp should go higher increasing profits. Not to mention healthcare sector is also turning around with covid cases up.. Coming results will be very good.
