Usually bad sign.

Maybe disagreement with audit report, or cannot verify item like cash, inventory etc.

When I see postpone in board meeting or quarterly financial announcement, I would sell straight away to protect my capital even I have to take losses.

I have invested in this company at the avg price of 10cts and was concerned about the long halt. I was worried can called their office last Wed and they said that some negotiations going on and no conclusion has been derived.

But, at least, the halt is lifted now. Hope it can go above 10cts next week.
