Aiya, small Sg listed ones usually like that one. When make a little bit of money, they will use this as an excuse to ask you or the market for some money as part of timing.

Since the announcement not made yet, I dare to say the halt may have something to do with money matters.

There is something to note:

Out of the 8 billion shares, 363 shareholders are holding almost 7.5 billion ( of which Ezion holds about 4 billion)

... so how much more is left in the market?
