I suppose the latest core dividend & special dividend-in-specie are yet to be factored into the current price.

Interest rates already started cut last year,banks still up but property not much moved,what' s index big drop,of course bank will drop first ,but u think property can up high,this is what I worry
$3 for CLI is sooner or later but when?hope $3 can come ASAP, everyone happy

I understand what you are saying. But STI till 3800 was mostly driven by the 3 banks and REITs were in shambles.
Now that REITs are recovering and if yields continue to plunge, 4000 will be easily breached.
But US market will be in deep red tonight so might take time.
