I get my share at 0.975, will follow you to queue at 0.95 which is the breakout point for long term downtrend. But chances of getting it maybe as low as 20%~25%.

As currently the reversal trend show the slight higher low for RSI and clear higher low for stochastic, and CCI is narrowing.

Xinfu will be a good steps for Yangzijiang to further step into the offshore industries, Yang should be a strong competitor to keppel or sembcorb if it really step in and stand strong.

This news previously I already mention, I am neutral as they have already received 40% of the price of the sales, which is arround current ship sales price for 2500TEU.

But I find strange with this news is that I can't find the contract award news, (internet or SGX announcement) did anyone come across?

The other thing strange about this news is the contract price of 50million, which is around 2006 rate, in 2007 the rate already reduce to around 45million per vessel, and 2500TEU can be easily build in 1.5~2years. The news mention that the first ship was build, and the other two will be ready in May 2013. That push back to 2011 should be the contract date. But if 2007 is the contract award date, it takes 6yrs to deliver the ship is also very strange.

If this news is true, order cancellation will need to annouce, but then SGX annoucement also did not see it, unless this cancellation is not finalise, 6yrs and still not finalise?

The other issue is this news did not appear in one of the China website that I usually visit to view the ship builder news.

According to newswires such as Tradewinds and SinoShip, Yangzijiang Shipbuilding (YZJ) has put up three abandoned 2500 TEU containerships for resale.

One of the vessels has already completed and the other two were scheduled to be completed by May this year.

We think the three vessels were originally ordered in 2007 values of such vessels were around US$50m then, but have fallen to about US$24m currently.

Two of the five installments for each vessel have been paid up, accounting for 40% of the total contract value. With the 40% deposit, and assuming YZJ is able to sell the vessels at current prices, the difference per vessel is not substantial (~US$6m).

Though the above-mentioned three vessels account for a very small portion of YZJ’s order book (US$3.58b, comprising 75 vessels as at 30 Sep 2012), we are more concerned of the possibility of further cancellations.

Recall that YZJ saw its first order cancellation in Jun 2012 (two 34,000DWT bulk carriers originally ordered by FreeSeas, but YZJ did not suffer a loss from this due to the deposit), and ceased contracts for another six 82,000DWT bulk carriers around the same period as well (three were resold, and potential buyers were being sourced for the rest).

Not too sure whether Yang Zi Jiang will manage to get any of the contract.

　　印尼被称为 “千岛之国 ”，是世界上最大的海上国家，全国共有 17,000个岛，全国有 3/2的国土环海。其中长约 900公里的马六甲海峡连结亚洲、中东和欧洲，是沟通太平洋与印度洋的咽喉要道，亚、非、澳、欧沿岸国家往来的重要海上通道，通过此水域的贸易量占全球总额的 40%左右，每年约有 5万多艘商船从此航道经过。因印尼船厂现在只能建造小型船舶，所以希望与中国船企合作在印尼建造油船、 LNP船或建造 5万载重吨以下的其他船舶，印尼期待中国船舶工业企业到印尼独资或合资建立船舶制造厂，建立船舶配套设备和来件组装，或对印尼进行技术转让。目前，印尼国内正在计划建造 3000~5000艘 150~200载重吨的挖泥船，在渡船和其它船舶方面也有很大的需求。
　　世界银行此前发布报告称，印尼物流能力居世界第 59位，落后于菲律宾、越南等区域国家。

Yesterday evening news.

扬子江船业在 2012年造船市场低迷的情况下经营发展依旧稳健。
　　 2012年，新扬子实现完工交船 26艘 159.4万载重吨，完成 2012年的生产计划，其中包括按期交付中远集运 10艘 4250TEU集装箱船；新开工 30艘，完成原计划的 88.2%；下水 28艘，完成计划的 93.3%。
　　老扬子面临搬迁，在面对人员不稳和设备减少的情况下，依然完工交付 6型共 16艘船 34.9万载重吨（原计划交船 18艘，后两艘调整到春节前交付），交船产值 39.5亿元，开工 5艘，上船台 12艘，下水船舶 14艘，基本完成 2012年的生产计划。
　　中舟受船市影响，物量不足，加上部分物量改由新厂制作，全年计划完工物量 12万吨，实际完工 83450吨，完成率 69.5%，未能完成全年完工物量指标。但中舟公司扩大经营范围，完成了 40万吨级矿砂船舱口盖、大型石化钢结构和环保除尘设备钢结构等新型产品的制造。
　　扬子鑫福基建技改与自主生产并重。在 2012年完成了 900T龙门吊的组装调试运行，吊离式坞门制作并安装到位，并且在 2012年末还实现了万箱船开工建造的大节点。
　　扬子长博 2012年交船 9艘， 11#47500DWT船也在年底交付船东，预计全年实现销售收入 5.66亿元，基本完成了董事会下达的经济指标。

relax and have faith if you know what you're doing.

buy more when it reaches ur target price.

for me, my target is still 95-96cents, so I would be glad if the price can drop to that range & I'll collect a batch of buy up, leaving some money for another batch if it goes down some more. Smiley

Today large volume action trade show very strange behaviour. It seems to be all are sell action. But if you know what happen at 8:58 and 17:04, actually this are the two timming that B/S can make a different. Today action can be say quietly collecting, till the last minute I am still puzzle why no major action being done.

Until the last minute the queue to sell still have 2000 over lots at 0.995, but at 17:04, where the final close price come out it is 714lots buy at 0.995 and 960lots sell at 1.000. And check actually 3107 lots have been buy up at 0.995.

If collecting action is in place, the price will still depend on the BB that is still collecting. Thus only when they decide to let it go then the price will move, otherwise it will still be up and down in this region.

It is a form of tactic practice to ensure that the collected share will not be taken by die hard fans during the block. Those weak seller and shortest share will go in front the queue.

Even if citi group was involve, I believe they do not have the urgency to push up the price also, as the warrant issue to them is only during 27Apr2013 after AGM. and the expire is 2016, thus there is alot time currently for them to make the warrant attractive.

I believe nobody will be able to provide the insight, if they know about something, they can't share. Those that can share is only through guesting.

For me I believe, they should be involved in recent share movement, but how are they involve unknow, as financial institute will not payout something for zero returns. We can only observe through the share movement and volume exchange, initially my thoughs was the short selling was due to BB, but after short selling clear, the price still did not move up and consolidating around this prices, and currently going through the washing action. Thus can confirm that the short sell is not a expected action by BB. They are still accumulating force before drive up, have been observing the action volume. Current buyup volume (large volume) is still much higher then the sell down (large volume). Thus can assume they are still accumulating.

I am actually neutral about this news, as the price for the ship is 50m, current selling price is around 23m, and they have already received the 2 installment, usually advance payment is 15% and manufacturing is 35% assembly 20% testing 20% warranty 10%, but not too sure how is the contract payment terms is, thus even if 40% it is around 20m already pay by the customer, that means the ship are actually free to them, selling or time charter is an earning to the company. People might see it as book order reduce, but for me it is neutral depend on how the subsequent selling or time charter take place.

Today manage to get somemore from the queue, as for aircraft carriers, I don't think Yang will try to go in, as 中国重工 is doing quite well in the sector already, it will be hard to competed, thus I believe their focus will still in vessel building and oil rig platform in future. They will supply the components/ equipments for the ship building industries inclusive of 中国重工 , since they are in this buisness they will be familiar with the requirement and the components/equipments that they fabricate will be more cater to the needs of the industries. As for other sidelines like the property, I don't think they will do too well, as they are not familiar with it and they might need time to really pick it up, lucky these are not their main focus.

Whether it will be able to attained the price of > 1.04 by next week is hard to say, but in long run should be able to attain quite a height, since BB are playing. As yesterday data BB seems still collecting. You can see the big volume trade seller exercise price volume is much bigger then the buyer. That means the action party are buying up. There are still panic seller in the market, as the BB will need to ensure that they collect enough and there are all die hard FANs in the counter before they will do any action of pushing up, otherwise, halfway it might loss it strength to push, as weak holder start to sell, and this will break their momentum, and unable to distribute at high price.

Singapore not shipping counters not perform too good. But china one is different, although China index is down today, but the ship building shares performance still quite good. Attached the news.
