$0.084 or $1.68 per share after consolidation

Normally such bad results some invisible force will support it during first trading day of results announcement when market expects it to crash.

I expect this to trade around 84/85 en route to consolidation AGM or EGM in April

In addition, the Group collected almost S$1 billion in receivables from Borr Drilling two years ahead of time and increased its cash holdings to over S$2 billion, with undrawn committed credit facilities of over S$1 billion. Net gearing was 0.12 times as at 31 December 2023 compared to 0.26 times as at 31 December 2022.

I do agree normally share consolidation is viewed negatively. However for Seatruim' s case I veiw it differently. They have to reduce the size of total float in order to attract more foreign fund to be interested. What' s the most important now is for the company to start reporting good profit and the confident of investor will come back. Now the sentiment for this counter is at rock bottom. Winning new contracts alone is not sufficient. Must show good profit to win back investor

Assuming $100,000,000 profit per annum
Consolidated shares: 3.41 b
Annual accretive to NAV: 0.0293 per share add to existing 1.88 will be $1.91 per share or 0.0955 now

EPS worse why because it will be 64 times PE at $100m profit. Go do your sums to check if I am correct

Give it a 10% disc.

Should Open at 88 and below

15th March is a big day, detail outcome of strategic review will be released. Read hints on the cfo speech this review should have some "right-sizing" and capital restructuring (cost savings)

Seems Seatrium plans in right b4 consolidation to boost share price.

When it pumps to 103/104 I smelt blood
It is usual tactic before a bad set of results for bb to p and d and after results the price may correct south and south and south. This should be the next entry point
