Happen to know Fan Kow Hin the group CEO is a Christian. Very sad how Christian run company to their own interest. I do not wish to know that they are using under-hand methods to get more fund for the projects. LOL

Then why does the revision of agreement coincient with the investigation?

The big drop is not due to the slight change in the acquision agreement. It is due to fear as the IHC shares price was maintained and controlled by just afew person(about $0.3) before their suspension which I think the investigation is still on going.The drop is too drastic. Even if we take a fall of 50%, the opening price should just be about 0.15.

Ezra Holdings Ltd. and Chiyoda Corp. shares jumped the most in at least nine months after they agreed to form a subsea services joint venture valued at $1.25 billion.

Ezra rose 13 percent to S$0.13 as of 10:52 a.m. in Singapore trading, the largest intraday gain since September 2013. Chiyoda advanced 7.4 percent to 910 yen in Tokyo, the biggest advance on an intraday basis since November 2014.

imo, this counter is a long term play. how long i don' t know. however due to negative sentiment of china economy right now, this stock also follow . I am confidence of the future prospect of this company and barring any unforeseen circumstances, I am confidence of this company growth potnential. But but.. as usual anything related to China need to be catious.
