this company has strong backing from banks and government mandate... look it up. once all the projects started and start to yield return, this stock could fly. but is really long hold man

Not necessary. Ezion has a better management and their cash flow is better. For Ausgroup, they are struggling. And with their investment in that port which is not even profitability, they are running into trouble. If things don' t improve, Ausgroup could be in trouble. Their cash flow could dry up.

To some extent, I agree with u.  If things keep delaying n economic situation suddenly turns worse, who can tell?  Just look at LE' s situation n u never say never.  But perhaps I' m more optimistic n sey than chances of going boom than bust are probably substantially higher.  Also, if they go bust, wldn' t Ezion also follow?

Save cost plus taking advantage of better financing terms.

I also will weight what makes better returns.

Ezra had a 12 mth high of 0.29. Now price is around 0.11. Roughly 1/3 of year high.

Properties they are selling off probably will see some loss. But loss may be around 20-30%. (Wild guess). 50% at most.

I see this happening quite a lot lately. Tycoons selling off excess properties for potentially better returns from their base businesses.

Again, just my own reading and feel.

Interest rates are still relatively low.
Stock price is very low.
MTP is coming up (but approval received to delay top later this year).
Bonds obligation recently cleared off.

Debts are carried by the company. Which will remain unchanged if company is privatized.

All these together leads me to think privatization plan may happen.

Starhub has been more or less an infrastructure provider (I.e network, teleco and cable tv). Acquiring some stakes at mm2 allows it to step into content ownership and content provider in its pay TV segment. It' s diversifying itself :)

Nothing more heard but just have gut feel there may be some family corporate action. They first cleared off all bonds through bank borrowing. Will this make it easier to do a privatization? May explain why they sold off much of their family properties.

as a penny stock is speculative but I believe the potential is there to be a multi-bagger. is a long term hold. how long I don' t know. maybe 5 years?

i really look forward what CNT will do to boost their share price to the requirement 0.2. Is it delist? Is it share consolidation? It is they are confident share price will go up above 0.2 due to fundamental? Hope I know the answer
