If you ask me, Ezra is freaking good news. (same to EMAS)

1) Sell of FPSO, cash out one of the huge asset with good return (FPSO easily cost of few hundred millions for conversion)

2) enough cash flow to sustain further business headwind

3) gearing reduce, debt reduce

4) bank will say Hi, come come 

5) impairement done

6) NO more bad news liao (may be Q3 & Q4), but the drop of price already cater in all the possible bad thing.

Yes, the bad news just to create FEAR for investor

But the so-called " bad news" is a contradiction.  It is the " good news"   for the future.

If you remove the cosmetics from a woman, she may look more natural and nicer if there is an inner beauty in her.  Hahaha.

Ezra may be same, so think about it, is a buy chance, and a good one..

TRIYARDS, the fabrication arm of Ezra  has secured a new contract with Rederij Doeksen (Royal Doeksen) for the construction of two Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) powered aluminium catamarans. The new contracts are worth EURO&euro 44m approximately USD50.1m.

Take a look at sgx filing yesterday. It is regarding disrcrepancies in the unaudit and audited account.

Unaudited casflow from operatng activities is much   lower than audited cashflow from operating activities.

However unaudited casflow from investing activities has lower outflow and audited results has higher outflow.

smiley  difference due to reclassification of accounts.

Another workshop and talk. There are quite a few and all of them are teaching short term trading. In and out very fast. No one talks about investing ! Potentially herd mentality. Actually, if this guy buys or sells and then give out as tips and if his followers are large enough, they will make money when the followers follow him right ?
