You may be right but considering aramco is going to be a listed company, I doubt Ezra will have issue with receivables if they were awarded the contract. but then the stock price is rather weak. looks like the chance to get the contract is not high?

Today' s news paper has an article on the bin laden group' s construction business in Saudi retrenching tens of thousands of workers. Apparently the government contracts aren' t being paid out or at least not on time. I think desperate as the oil industry' s prospects are, O& G companies will have to watch their receivables on work done with eyes wide open.

Then again, beggars can' t be choosers.

I think the stock build up will start to taper off and the supply glut may be overblown. Will see if that's true tonight. However, the problem is that positive crude price may not have similarly positive impact on Ezra's price ....

Most will not pay attention to ADR but it may be worth paying attention since these traders may know something that we do not know. However, I'm not sure of the measurement of the volume being traded.

The contract signing is usually a few weeks after LOI signing. Don' t think they will be announcing so early ... although technically they' ve already won the job

That's why it is not an easy decision to jump in even if the price is attractive and likely surge upon confirmation of the award. The reverse is just the opposite and potentially very damaging.
