its debt /equity is at its lowest.... Profits are good and stable. Although I am positive on its growth its common equity stands diluted with a growth of 32% over last year with too many follow on equity offering. Charts are interesting with a cup and a handle pattern on long term charts... it is testing 0.46 and going to breakout wait for that to happen it is a straight 10 cents journey from current pricing. Go long go strong

this scrip is filled with treasure ... holding from 84 cents... now retesting 1.05 repeatedly .. when it breakouts 1.05 the journey towards 1.25/1.3 should start and should be seen too. Go long go strong.

I quickly bought this most undervalued scrip in this sector compared to Top Gloves, hartaleage this is any day Fundamentally strong and evergreen for targets of 1.25 and above . Good volumes today and I was happy to see it break out with a huge gap up opening at 94 cents the shorts just got squeezed out .. it was like squeeze blood out of stone ha ha ah aah

it will test and retest 1 dollar and continue its journey to 1.5 dollars over the next 2 years hold the gem from now itself before you start chasing behind it when it moves higher and higher.. This is under valued and I will keep insisting it is a pure buy and hold for targets of 1/1.3/1.5 dollars. Go long go strong with patience.

INVESTMENT holding company GK Goh Holdings said subsidiary Canistel Pte Ltd has won a tender for a land parcel at Venus Drive near Upper Thomson Road.
The company bid S$24.3 million. It plans to develop a nursing home on the land " with a differentiated product that widens the range of aged care choices available in Singapore" , it said.
The project, which has a maximum gross floor area of 5,600 square metres, will be financed from a combination of internal resources and bank borrowings.
GK Goh last traded at S$0.90, up six Singapore cents, before the announcement.

yes we will see 10 cents and then once it closes over 50 sma on daily charts .. with more bullishness should continue its journey upto 15 cents or more.. as per my opinion this may take another 4-6 weeks from now.. hold with conviction and hold with charm .. Patience will win you the rewards not seen before.

interesting business idea and I think it is not bad to go long it it seems good for franchisee to invite many zoo users.. If snap could attract college kids with no revenues generation to chat and generate business for Snap inc then Yuuzoo can do well too

Suddenly new idea, announce the company should change its business model and add a new growth revenue called "Litigation Revenue". Create a social website and generating revenue through sale of case material, case videos and winning from law suits. Fantastic new business. Then ask the franchisees to develop this business attracting billions of zoo users. Then share price will surpass $1. Delist and list on NASDAQ at US$10. Buy now before its too late.

All that I have been saying was the truth and if really want to sue me I have proof that I am indeed once an investor from my CDP records. I also did post before on their Yuuinvestor network but I believed they have since removed many of the users' comments. If saying my heartfelt feelings from an investor' s point of view can result in me being sued, then this zoo really very free. lol

ok I am waiting with my buy over 0.08... it should happen once the audit results are out or the BT Journalist report comes out. Feeling like a zombie now... gotta take rest. Usually BT journalist used to type out quite early in the morning his reports. Today he is taking a bit longer.. maybe truth pinches to an extent or he must be busy with other things or busily typing out. will wait for another half an hour for an action packed news to hit the stands.

Yes boss I am waiting for the BT Journalist report... to be posted today. waiting to hear from the Horses mouth the real truth and the story. It is always easy to understand the 2 sides of a coin and clears the pictures.. somewhat casino type style too.. but I am surprise 15 million shorts in a price range of 0.005 cents hmmm some real punters who were leeching on investors and squeezing them tight to cough up their money. It is sad to see this happen again and again in the markets... It is risky to short at this level but intraday traders still take the risk of easy money sad but true this is the reality Yuuzoo was indeed a gambling den for many for the last so many months.

yeah bro some call it steriods, some call it short squeeze... some call it short covering and some say bears blown out of water. Actual fact if you see some greedy investors seeing rewards of infinite times on the top but limited downside below. would have risked some of his capital savings to grow it exponentially in the future would have bought small lots at bid price at 0.068 and 0.069 and it blew out the intraday shorters.. If the price goes to 0.07 few million will jump out again.. the same happens till 0.08 where shorts are still active as of today many more millions will fly out higher and higher when the price goes up 0.08 . I am not joking you can just wait outside the sidelines and see the fun. when the journalist posts the actual facts in todays business time you may see it happen with your own eyes Keep it always open wide wide wide.

as the saying goes " it is different strokes for the different folks" . the company did the right thing legally by speaking to the journalist and showing him the facts. the misunderstandings should end and the facts should be known to all the stactoonsake holders including investors. We always need 2 hands to clap. Let thr company take legal whatever is fit and proper. this was not required but if someone puts ones interest to work against a community and a company who was a source of his bread and butter.

With reference to the Business Times article &ldquo YuuZoo ex-group financial controller&rsquo s exit preceded by refusal to affirm revenue policy&rdquo published on Saturday May 6th, 2017, the board of YuuZoo Corporation Ltd (&ldquo YuuZoo&rdquo ) wishes to state the following:
Further to the first article published by the Business Times on 5th May 2017, YuuZoo met with the journalist who published the article to explain the factual circumstances of the termination of Mr Thai Youn Fatt&rsquo s (&ldquo Mr Thai&rdquo ) employment. Documents evidencing the following were shown to the journalist, namely (i) the termination letter terminating Mr. Thai&rsquo s employment with immediate effect which was accepted and signed by Mr. Thai (the &ldquo Termination Letter&rdquo ), and (ii) the confirmation letter signed by Mr. Thai confirming that &ldquo he did not and does not have any issues, problems with or concerns in relation to the Company&rsquo s accounts, accounting records or accounting policies&rdquo .
In response to both the article on May 5th as well as the article on May 6th 2017, YuuZoo has sent a letter to the Business Times which YuuZoo understands will be published on Tuesday, 9 May 2017 setting out its response to both articles.
Mr Thai Youn Fatt has made false and potentially misleading statements which in the Company&rsquo s view, may lead shareholders and/or members of the public to erroneously infer or form the misconception that he left the Company due to a disagreement over the Company&rsquo s revenue recognition policy. The Company wishes to clarify that the actual reasons for Mr. Thai&rsquo s termination, which are cited in the Termination Letter, are &ldquo numerous incidents of harassment of staff, threats made and abusive language used, insubordination and generally unacceptable behaviour in the workplace&rdquo .
Since Mr Thai&rsquo s termination, Mr. Thai has, in the view of the Company, committed another offence that has resulted in a police report being filed against him. A police investigation has commenced. YuuZoo is currently seeking legal advice on the statements made by and actions taken by Mr Thai subsequent to his termination, and will not hesitate to take all necessary steps to protect its interests and the interests of its shareholders.

I am not sure of this. All the orders are executed based on the valuation model and the authorized signatories from the 2 parties legal existing companies in many parts of the worlds. Unless the audit companies proves all the deals derived to accounting of the financial records are wrong and fictitious then it is a different story altogether. Anyway the statement from the companies executive chairman on query from SGX, states the comments. Lets see if the numbers hold water or are just virtual as some claim.

Yes,I am not comparing Yuuzoo to them , what you say it true also? let the audit committe do their job and prove the facts. Let' s not make assumptions and spread unnecessary negativities. I am just saying it is difficult to understand such business and the revenue model they have derived to show the numbers from the time the company is listed and running its operations here. Even Alibaba talked big when it was operating from home and literally nothing was seen in its coffers for years . Lets be conservative there are 100s of companies which take time to stand, walk and Run.. Lets not kill them with more and more negativity of course this is not good for our own home grown companies. Please dont compare YZ to google, if this coming audited report shows massive write down on revenue. It means the 2015 annual report and 2016 quarterly annoucement number anyhow pom one. I dont know if this can be considered as fraud?
