IPO proceeds only $9.1 mil, will be lesser than $9 mil after IPO listing costs. What can you do with $8 mil nowadays ? It is not even enough to buy 2 units of q & m "shop units" in Singapore.

Details of pricing spun off from Singapore-listed Q& M Dental Group were released.

Aoxin Q& M Dental Grp is offering (IPO) 57 mil placement shares@20 cents, on the Catalist board.

It seek to raise $9.1m in net proceeds via placement, it commenced yesterday. (No public tranche).

Placement will close at noon next Monday, and trading is expected to commence next Wednesday.

At 20c, it post-IPO share cap - 355.8m, Aoxin will have a $71.2m mkt value upon listing.

$6.4m Amount of funds raised that will be used for expansion of business through organic growth, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships.

$2.7m Amount of funds raised that will be spent on infrastructure and working capital.

Post-IPO, Q& M Dental Grp' s stake in Aoxin will be reduced from 54.7% to 45.94%.

This will fall to 43.92% immediately after allotment, 16.3m new shares representing 4.39% Aoxin' s enlarged share capital to Honour as part of share subscription agreement entered last year.

At an issue price of 12c/share, the allotment is intended to reward 94 China-based dental professionals and employees, said Aoxin.

Post-IPO and after the allotment, executive director Shao Yongxin' s stake in Aoxin will be pared from 36.61% to 29.4%.

57m placement shares represent 15.32% of all Aoxin shares after the Honour allotment.

Aoxin is a private dentist and distributor of dental equipment and supplies in the Liaoning province, comprising 113 dentists and 127 dental surgery assistants. It either operates or manages four dental hospitals and seven polyclinics across four cities.

Aoxin made a net loss of 102,000 yuan (S$20,697.21) in the first nine months of last year, while revenue came in at 61.5 million yuan. On a pro forma basis, it would have made a net profit of 4.88 million yuan.

You are directly and indirectly implying SGX "is a fraud" and "in cahoots with invisible hands that you know of ".

Avoid SGX if you can. I left this market few years back and never felt better.

Look at Dow Jones, 5 years ago was around 11,000+ pts, today it's 18,456. Look at Nasdaq, 5 years ago was 2,500+ pts, today it's 5,155 pts.

Look at all the SGX stocks. Out of the 800+ listed counters, how many are traded at below 10 to 20 cts? If you want to faint, then check that figure out.

Thanks but no thank to SGX for making retail investors and even seasoned investors loss big and most of the time but making those invisible hands very rich. Invisible hands from short-sellers to questionable people running those businesses but they have turned SGX into their private water tap supply

Take a look at the NK live parade, they are sitting ducks if they provoke today. NK will lose if they start the war ..they will be fighthing not only with US but JPN, KR and CN as well.. and there will be land grabs and you think Kim wants that? They may provoke but they too are not stupid.

When the rich countries are rich and fat (US , CN)..they wont start a war. So I dont thikn US will start one.

Which prompted North Korea' s rebuke of US President Trump' s " aggressive words," overnight.

Both China (&ldquo The situation now is similar to the time before a storm, and this kind of dangerous situation worth of our attention and we must be alert,&rdquo ) and Russia (watching the developments around North Korea with " great concern" ) have weighed in on the increasingly tense saber-rattling occurring between the two nations.

As Bloomberg reports, China warned that a war on the Korean Peninsula would have devastating consequences and " one has the feeling that a war could break out at any moment."

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi urged all parties &ldquo to stop provoking and threatening each other and not to make the situation irretrievable," seemingly fearful that the next step could make war (world-inclusive) inevitable.

&ldquo No matter who the nation is, if it continues to provoke wars in the Peninsula, it has to bear this historical responsibility and pay its price.&rdquo

&ldquo Once a war really happens, the result will be nothing but losing all round and no one could become a winner,&rdquo Wang told reporters in Beijing on Friday, according to the official Xinhua News Agency.

These concerns were echoed by a senior Russian lawmaker who, as AP reports, says the US is a greater threat to global peace than North Korea...

Konstantin Kosachev, the head of the Foreign Affairs Committee in the upper house of Russian parliament, said Friday " the most alarming thing about the current U.S. administration is that you can' t be sure if it is bluffing or really going to implement its threats."

He says " America objectively poses a greater threat to peace than North Korea," adding that " the entire world is scared and left guessing if it strikes or not."

Kosachev says there is a " small hope" that President Donald Trump' s administration would listen to warnings from Russia and China not to use military force against nuclear-armed Pyongyang.

U.S. Vice President Mike Pence heads to Asia on a 10-day trip that will include South Korea. Pence plans to celebrate Easter with U.S. and Korean troops on Sunday before talks on Monday with acting President Hwang Kyo-ahn.

" We' re going to consult with the Republic of Korea on North Korea' s efforts to advance its ballistic missile and its nuclear program," a White House foreign policy adviser told reporters, previewing Pence' s trip. Pence will land in Seoul the day after North Korea' s biggest national day, the " Day of the Sun."

The White House has contingency plans for Pence' s trip should it coincide with a another North Korean nuclear test by its leader Kim Jong Un, the adviser said. " Unfortunately, it' s not a new surprise for us. He continues to develop this program, he continues to launch missiles into the Sea of Japan," the adviser said.

" With the regime it' s not a matter of if - it' s when. We are well prepared to counter that," the adviser said.

But, with Trump' s pre-emptive strike looming Damocles sword-like overhead, the world is watching North Korea as speculation mounts that Kim Jong Un&rsquo s regime will carry out a ballistic missile or nuclear test this weekend to mark the 105th birth anniversary of his grandfather Kim Il Sung, the nation&rsquo s founder, on Saturday.
