this counter is " over-valued' to me. 

the " fab" seems to be diminishing.

And confectioneries and cafes , their monthly fixed expense on rentals is " astonishing" .

Not sure if Breadtalk has any good valuable fixed property assets.

when Pac Cen announced their Share Buy Back , those who started to have faith in it = Good Judgement 

that was around 18.5 - 19 cts ?

Then another bulk done between 26 - 26.5 . Those who have faith & patience then = Not Bad

Now ? No comment cos not sure.

but i must admit HKers style consists the goodness of Singaporean style + the goodness of China Chinese style. 

Means in between. More balanced.

usually, the price will subside a bit to ' a bit lower' so that the premium ' wont be as much' .

thus, i think due to some profit-taking, price will subside to 26 and 32 in between = 28 - 29 cts.

not so simple. 

if they want to privatize it, they would have offered say @ 30 cts when share price is low around 20 cts. 

So, i expected some profit-taking from all parties. If you based on HK Bull Run price of the respective holdings, then smart but not very smart ?
