Google the background of the major shareholder and one of the placee and you will have a better understanding of who these people are.
Agree downside pretty limited here as the bulk of the correction is probably over and money did come in via placements at $0.018.

Anyone of them, using their $1.5million, can anyhow push the price to 0.03. This counter worth at least 0.018,and more than that. They willing to buy bcos worth it. Buying from market is more troublesome if buy big quantity.
