For most should be in the money liao. Anything above 48 cents is bonus. Having said that, I think the price would move a bit more towards 50 cents in future. This proposed deal will take some time, contra might not be a good idea.

Yes. So far they have reduced it by about 100m RMB within the last FY. Once we see the balance sheet we can assess better and take action (hold, add, reduce, divest) according. Main thing is whether going forward the earning can maintain and growth.

Same thought here. Gunning for 1 cent final and maybe .4 cent special or final of 1.4 cent. This being a s-chip which is scary to a lot of people (not real investor who should be able to discern the qualities of different s chips), higher dividend will be the remedy to the fear.

Sure? 44 is the new low. Hopefully it can close up later. Now selling at 47 if buyers buy up then I will be confident. Let's see.

If I am vested early around 40 cents I will hold and see how the offer pan out. If I am not vested I wouldn' t chase now but I managed to get some at 47 cents after news released. I am looking to unload it at .485. Hopefully can do it tomorrow.
