Fair value is $4.84. If goes below that many people are rushing to buy. There were good opportunities earlier but that opportunities might have closed. People already anticipated the fall and now buying back.

He purchased 2.7 million shares at 1.81276 million With average price of 0.67. If he as a owner do not know his company and his business well..and he himself knows his plan. Then do you want to follow him who is the most front or the analysts who have no idea, or your big charts which basically is market sentiments?

Bro,

Mr. Wong alone cannot push up the price without institutions involved. If he keeps buying, then, he might have to buy over RS and delist. Hehehe....

fatpanda Bro: Advise you to buy RS now. Mr Wong already spent more than 1.3 million to buy back.

Sell into bounce is what I see as the best course to help those who are stuck.
It is a view.
It is not talking down a stock.
It is neither to promote a view, whatever that view is.
I dont promote. I suggest. I recommend. To heed or to disagree is up to the reader.
If dont agree, can say dont agree and leave it at that. Not start to throw mud.
What if I keep saying BUY.
Then it becomes okay?
Its no longer labelled as " promoting" ?
I say what I see.
If agree, then make your decision and act on it.
If dont agree, its okay.
But cannot tell me I cannot say what I feel unless its something pleasant to your ears.

Take note Mr Wong bought to average down.

Othe people who are bullish will follow suit to make their cost below $1.

We are still very far away from $1 but not for long.

If you sell and sell all the way up and don't buy back, then you be in trouble.

The period in early 2020 when suddenly peaked and followed by trough, which happened before the meteorite rise, is a mirror image of the big chart you drew. So we can say a trough is followed by a very very big rise. This has not taken place yet. I am just picturing in my mind.

Wavehunter Bro:

Your chart does not include the prepandemic times

If you extend the chart to before the rise, you will see the pattern before the rise mirror the same big pattern of this whole period from beginning or pandemic till now.

In other words, what was happening in the prepandemic small chart is enlarged to the same big chart as now.

So you will notice this is the beginning of a very big rise

Come to think of it, if you cannot accept any view which is contrary to your vested interest and you get all heated up and agitated, then you shouldnt
be in a stock discussion forum. Becoz there are bound to be others who look at the market or your stock differently and they offer their perspective
which you will find very annoying and difficult to swallow. And if you are the type who has no sense of control and discipline, you will let your anger
and bitterness go and you then lash out at the other person. And end up getting yourself banned from the forum. Like what happened to one of you
recently, I believe. If you are reading this, you know who you are.

To all Riverstone and Top Glove holders

Do not sell on the bounce. You will not be able to buy back lower price

Instead hold and wait.

There is a massive short squeeze. I am sure you know why

原 来 all shortists here. What recommend sell to bounce. These are placing high to short sell and buy back at or near market close. I notice they seemed to make money everyday selling shorts.

Nobody can guess the exact price to rebound.

SIA went below my expected $4.91

Nevertheless this is not to say we are wrong, that we bought at the wrong time.

We never catch the most bottom. But as long as we are near the low, it is good enough.

Can buy more

wavehunter      ( Date: 17-Dec-2021 15:29) Posted:

Bro investor,

My view is that she wont be able to go back to the top.
She can bounce from time to time but she wont reverse and recover.
Hence, if you are stuck, you have 2 options. Sell into bounce or do nothing.
A retail who did nothing from the time he first saw my suggestion to cut into bounce would have missed selling at
1.59, 1.53, etc etc...0.95 and 0.83 cts. And will still be holding on to his shares worth only 0.70 today. So you say
lah my advice, if taken, would have helped this person or would have hai lung .... you say lah.
The general idea is to sell into a bounce when it fizzlles out.
Exactly how to sell into a bounce is the tricky part where invariably there will be hits and misses becoz execution
of the selling is different for different people. When a bounce comes, it can last only one day or a few days or a
week or longer. So whether to sell on the 1st day of the bounce or on the 2nd day or whatever is your money your call.
You cant put the blame on me if you made a call to sell at a particular price and after that, becoz the bounce is still in
progress, she goes higher. That' s why though the idea is to seize the bounce as a window to sell, sell at exactly which
price is a decision for you to make. Those who heeded my suggestion to cut into a bounce much much earlier, though
they may not have sold at the high of that bounce, but comparing the price they sold and today' s price, they are still
much, much better off. Did they benefit from my help or did I hai them to sell at a much higher price compared to the
price today ?

I don't understand you. If retail players are following your formula, by now would have sold everything. Where got so much to sell. I followed your formula and sold 0.66 and you really hai lang. If I didn't sell that, now got a few thousands more. You mean sell and sell ? Luckily I used the proceed from sell RS 0.66 to buy Top glove 0.66 Same price but Fatpanda Bro thought it was not correct to buy the weaker stock. See lah see lah. My 0.66 is now 0.71 lagi better. So what kind of advice are you giving. You think people got so much to sell me

lets continue to keep record of Mr Wong' s purchases.

With the daily purchases from 10 to 17 December 2021, with a total of 1.8 million Riverstone shares, at an average price of 0.6581, he has in total bought 2,902,000 shares from the open market at an average price of 0.97

He has averaged down his cost to below $1

He has build a strong support at 0.66

Even if he does not buy anymore, there will be strong buying if RS falls below 0.66

I will not be able to buy back what I sold for 0.66 - nevermind. I compensated by buying Top Glove, which gave me back the same ( or better returns)

Why is he buying? It is simply value buying, as his stock price has come to this level that he feels it is severely undervalued.

He owns more than 51% of the total shares. Surely he knows the value best.

He is not planning to take the company private, as if he wants, he would have tried to buy back cheap and not chasing the price like the past few days.

investor999      ( Date: 14-Dec-2021 19:18) Posted:

He is buying to average his market purchases. This is not talking about taking over or delisting. It is market purchases. Right now the share price is cheap because so many people sold them at loss. Imagine we have a few who buy up at cheap price. What will happen? Suddenly people realise their sold shares are not going down anymore. What will happen then?

bystander1965      ( Date: 14-Dec-2021 19:08) Posted:

This is cute. Do u really think he needs to do that?🤪 He owns 7b shares of RS. What he spent was just a very very tiny fraction of the dividend he received. He can buy up to 14mil shares in 6 months. After that he has to make a mandatory take over offer. Possible or not
