x 0 		You are right to say this, but that is after rights issue.

Before rights issue, if the company or SSHs do not push up the share price higher, the rights issue will fail. If rights issue fail or being cancelled, share price will go up.

Either way, I do not see this bugger going down anymore :-)

Why Loyz is worth buying?

1. After the 2 recent placements, NAV per share of Loyz is still worth US 2.8 cents or SGD 3.8 cents. At share price 1.2 cents, Loyz is less than 1/3 for PB ratio. This is the PB ratio of companies going backrupt, but Loyz is NOT. It is going into a new business that looks good.

2. Oil price is holding up well. Its oil business is making profits.

3. Its share price should not drop below 1 cent or the whole rights exercise will fail. Theoretical price floor in place.

I am looking at loyz going back up to at least 1.6 cents.

x 0 		  I am not sure who is buying. No way this will go up beyond 1.8 cents due to placement at this price. And it is going to lose A$4.2m!!! I think the buy queues might be fake. Lets wait and see.

Fair value gain (or loss) is common for property companies. Anyway, the fair value loss is from the last FY and not the current one. Pls read the results more carefully :-)

A few people have asked me abt how to interpret Imperium' s latest results and its impact on share price.

I said this many times, even before the results was out, Imperium' s results is no longer relevant or important as its share price is dependent on its potential (china portfolio, strategic investors and colloaborations etc) and not its Japaanese portfolio anymore, which it is in the midst of selling.

x 0 		Maybe buy-ups by SSHs? 4 of them (owning 38% of total shares) invested at $0.125. They must have done their homework and invested because they think it is a good investment. Now that share price is below $0.125, I foresee some of them coming in to average down the price of their share holdings.

1. Listing of 300 mil placement shares @ $0.125 per share. While this has been announced, there has been the wrong perception that the new investors can back down after share price dropped more than 25%. When the listing is confirmed, it should be a form of assurance to current investors and this should give Imperium' s share price a major boost.

2. New strategic partners and investors. Management previously announced that they are still in the midst of discussions with new strategic partners and investors. If the company can announce a big-name partner or more investors who are willing to buy placement shares at a good price, this would be another boost to its share price.

Upcoming FY result is no longer impt since the company is selling its Japanese portfolio and changing overall strategy. However, i still expect to see moderate core profits (not taking into consideration exchange rate and revaluation of properties) for Imperium.
