semb corp just ex-cd, potential correction around to 4.2x from current price as investors seek other plays

unless there are good news to woo investors to push the stock up till 5.xx

there maybe other counters to consider to participate to diversify your portfolio.

Vallianz 0.067, GMG 0.077, jaya 0.053, sinocontruction 0.041

of course you need to look into where is your monies going, which is the more attractive counter,

and which counter have good products and better potential.

suggestion is don' t put all the eggs in one basket

The shortist is persistent. Selling 1400 lots at regular interval. Will move only when whoever that seller gives up or some BB snap up the sellers in large volume and make him panic.

Ezra Holdings (June 28: $5.80) TP: $8.60

OVERWEIGHT. Ezra recently announced the acquisition of its second
pipe-layer and two 30,000bhp multi-purpose anchor handling tug supply
(AHTS) vessels, which should contribute $50 million to $60 million to
net earnings on delivery in FY2009-10. The recent listing of its
offshore construction division has strengthened Ezra' s position in
capturing fast-growing demand for production-related services and rigs.
We increase our FY2007 net earnings estimate by $5 million to $93
million to account the selling of exclusive use rights of a vessel. We
raise our sum-of-the-parts-based (SOTP) June 2008 price target to $8.60
after factoring in contributions from the two new AHTS vessels (sale and
leaseback) and the pipe-layer (100% ownership) - JP Morgan (June 28 )

just keep status quo...developer will slowly die in silence....they will start doing backdoor deal which they are master of.

of course they do not want to publicise their nuts being slowly crushed one at a time....they only turn around and crinch their face

 

when in boom time...they nvr ask KBW to slow down the influx of foreigners and speculators??...they just acquire more n more land making sure they have a long lasting feast.....now the tide is turning they are the 1st to turn for help

to those developers,, when the kitchen is too hot get out.......we will come and take over one unit at a time
