SIA was easy as there were many institutional supporters.
Glove stocks are lacking in institutional interests and difficult.
So far only Mr Wong is buying big.
I can only support. Not push up.

Hope you can buy and push up RS like what you claimed you did the same to SIA . If SIA is a biggest cap counter can be pushed up by you , RS should be just a piece of cake to you.

I ask you to buy many times and you refused.
And so I start my own buying again.
Bought 0.715 Riverstone
Just to prove you are wrong.

I traded RS before but that was a long long time ago. The other 3, ie. Top Glove, Medtecs and UG Healthcare... I didnt trade.
That' s why I paid more attention to her chart and price action and hence was able to know her much better than the other 3
to offer my views on her. My views are based on her chart confirmed by her price action. I say what I see. If agree, do something
to protect your capital. If dont agree, can ignore my views. But to be hostile and mean and nasty is another thing altogether and
totally uncalled for. They were hostile to me not becoz I posted about RS only but not the other 3. They were hostile becoz what
I posted was unfavourable to their vested interest. If I had tried to humour them by saying wonderful things about RS even though
it was all bullshit, they would have called me a buddy and welcomed me with open arms. You remember that radio advert which
says " Hear only the good stuffs" ? That' s what they are. They wanted to hear only good things about RS. Even if it isn' t true. You
go read back what I said about RS and examine what has happened to the price since then. And see for yourself whether time
has validated all that I said about what will happen to the stock price of RS. And I had said all that long before she fell to 0.59.

Interestingly I realise your view only on riverstone. There are big four PPE stocks in SGX and I only see you comment about RS. Is there any reason for it or?
So u negativity only on RS or the whole industry. If whole industry TG does rise upward for now....
Understand u get hostile treatment from RS shareholders. Is it becos of that? |

Bro investor,
All the work you have done, whatever that work is, cannot guarantee the price will go above $1.59 and also cannot guarantee
the price wont go below 59 cts.
Given the history of this stock, if we go LONG and we are wrong, this one cannot hold...cannot LOON one. Must cut.
My assessment is upside is very limited. And downside is quite one heck of a downside.
So the best move is to walk away. Coz if make, make peanuts. If lose....massive Orh Bark Khark.  |

Nowhere in this forum can find another like me who shared my trades.
I had gone into gloves and dived down to its pits and dig the cheese out , sustaining all the injuries from numerous traps.
I have done all the work for so many and yet you still afraid?

Different strokes for different folks.
To each his own.
What is meat for one person is poison to another.
For you and your kakis, you see glove stocks as jems.
For most of us here, we see them as cheese placed on a mousetrap.
And we choose to walk away.
.

If you are going for that cheese, please wear a helmet.

Specifically:
The last time when SIA went down to $4.77 and even $4.52 was the initial rejection from the announcement of second MCB.
Then it was quickly realised that MCB was good after all for managing its debt.
So when SIA fell again to 4.77 this time, it was an opportunity to enter and hold.
Many people chose to take profit instead and fail to see the longer term gain.
Why earn that few hundreds or thousands when if you hold longer and could have more returns.

When air travel is restricted again we think share price will go down.
Fact is SIA share price is supported by its ability to manage its loan and not by its earnings.

SIA redesignates Hsieh Tsun-yan as non-independent director
Flag carrier Singapore Airlines announced on Tuesday (Dec 28) that independent director Hsieh Tsun-yan will be redesignated as a non-independent director of SIA from Jan 1, 2022.
He has been a director of SIA since Sep 1, 2012 and has served the board for more than 9 years. He is also concurrently the chairman and lead counsellor of leadership services firm LinHart Group, which counsels chief executive officers and advises boards.
Hsieh will remain as a member of SIA' s board audit committee, the board compensation and industrial relations committee as well as the board executive committee.
Back in June this year, it was noted that Hsieh had sold off his provisional allotments for this and last year' s tranches of SIA' s rights issue of mandatory convertible bonds (MCBs). He made S$84 in total proceeds then.
As part of SIA' s bourse filing on Hsieh' s redesignation, it disclosed that he continues to hold 39,250 ordinary shares in the company.
SIA shares closed up 1 per cent or S$0.05 to close at S$4.98 on Tuesday.

Actually he has bought much less now as the stock price is finding a support
We can say Mr Wong has achieved to shore up his company stock price by being the sole major buyer of RS.
Without him, RS would have stayed at the bottom 0.61
Now it depends on the BB to come in. We are still waiting. What we need is a annoucement. And I think the company probably has something to annouce.

Bro investor,
What I said was I do not think he is buying to take the company private.
I also said if he wants to do that, he will let the price drop to basement level first and then buy to trigger the mandatory general offer.
I then said he could be buying in the hope that it will spur buying interest from funds and institutions and high net worth retail investors.
But I dont think these Tua Phows will come. If they will, they would have done so since 2020.
So all we have is the CEO doing a solo buy. That' s all.
His buying will give some support to the price. Nothing more.
And it will be temporary. When the buying stops, and it will, those who were lured to jump in by his buying and those who added to
average down thinking " Lai leow !!! Lai leow !!!" and are not savvy enough to take profits will get trapped and join the ranks of the
earlier batches of POWs who chased the previous bounces when the price was higher and were trapped since then till now and
still no sign of the light at the end of the tunnel. |

Wavehunter Bro:
You have made a wrong assumption.
He is not taking the company private.
He is supporting the share price. It is so obvious by the way he buys.
So far his average buy price this month is 0.67.
I won't be surprised if he buys more at 0.675 and 0.68
wavehunter ( Date: 23-Dec-2021 09:22) Posted:
Which he will if he wants to.
But not at the current price.
Like any other shrew businessman, just wait for the price to drop to the bottom first then do the mandatory general offer.
That guy from Blumont was smart. He waited for price to be low low then made a general offer at 0.0004 cts per share.
That' s 40 cts per every 1000 shares.
Mr Wong, if a takeover is what he wants to do, can wait for 30 cts to 40 cts.

fatpanda ( Date: 23-Dec-2021 09:11) Posted:
Bro,
Mr. Wong alone cannot push up the price without institutions involved. If he keeps buying, then, he might have to buy over RS and delist. Hehehe....  |
