If you still have faith in this stock and still want to add, dont add now.
Wait for it to bottom out first.
She is still falling.
So there is really no point in adding now when she is still falling.
What you buy today is worth less tomorrow.
Plus you may run out of bullets before the stock runs out of bottoms.
Wait for U-Turn.
Then add on the way up.
When you add on the way up, what you buy today is worth more tomorrow.
Its a happier way to buy.
This is not an inducement to BUY though.
Just saying if you still want to add, dont do it when she is still falling.
Who knows.... 1.20 tomorrow?
Below 1.20 next week?
This stock ran up alot only becoz of speculative fever in the 1st place.
When the Saturday Nite Fever party ends, there is alot of mess to clean up as is always the case when any party ends.

If you look at the chart, the rise to $4.90 was very sharp..then it fell quickly to rise again to the second lower peak.
Now it is just the opposite.
The fall is very sharp as today or even tomorrow.
Then the rebound would be very sharp too.

Tomorrow is Friday, I dont think the shortist will keep its short position over the weekend as it practically brings its average price much lower.

I expect today is the sharpest fall and tomorrow rebound.

MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Bhd analysts wrote in a note today that the rubber glove &ldquo shortage is likely to persist into 2021 as supply is unlikely to keep up with demand yet&rdquo as the world contends with the Covid-19 pandemic.

The analysts said 2020 had been an exceptional year for glove companies due to a surprise surge in demand for rubber gloves following the Covid-19 outbreak.

According to them, the glove industry as a whole is expected to increase production, but that may be constrained by raw material, production line contractor and foreign labour shortages.

" As such, we expect demand to outstrip supply by 30 billion pieces in 2020, 45.8 billion pieces in 2021 and 33.4 billion pieces in 2022.

" In 2021, demand will continue to be supported by mass testing and administration of Covid-19 vaccines when they are available,&rdquo the analysts said.

On Bursa today, glove manufacturers' share price gains partly contributed to the broader market&rsquo s rise, which also benefited from an equity price rise in the banking sector.

most likely the market makers who are employed by each broking firm to trade their shares. Many got so much after stock split and decided to throw down to finding takers. Takers are CEO and some of us here.

I will take the two earnings reporting dates as guide.

In between is trading.

Since the last earnings reported was good..Riverstone cheong up till the peak..Then it is reverse..And the reverse is down all the way. But this fall will stop. It is a matter of guess when this fall will end.

Buying at the bottom is the hardest to do..Needs capital..Lots of army and lots of backup. You are fighting a war when you may lose an occasional battle but ultimately it is the war you want to win.

Sometimes I know I am losing the battle as my paper losses accumulate but I know my backup keeps fighting to win.

Now for Riverstone.

The reversal is imminent. But I can't tell when.

Remember you are at war. NO mercy

The bottom is reached when the last bear has sold.
No matter how " lan" a stock is, if there is no seller, the price cannot fall.
Then those who want to buy will have to offer more to entice a seller to sell.
Having said that, a monkey must come back to take the driver' s seat to play another round of musical chairs.
Then the bounce will go further.
For this stock to revisit her last peak, it will take alot alot more. The monkey must not only want to play musical chairs again but
want to start another round of speculative fever. Which usually does not happen becoz the monkey knows that he can fool retail
players the first time round to chase the price so that he has retail players to sell to as the price rises. To expect to fool the same
group of retail players a second time will not be as easy becoz of " once bitten twice shy" .

Stocks went down because MAS tightening credit. Banks won' t lend now.

People say cannot have a market keep going up on " free money"

But they missed the point that money disppeared from the market because of COVID and money is returning to market is usual norm.

So cannot talk about market crashes now. but only market correction - but at much higher levels than before

I look at the chart, it appears to be this is the second bottom and bullish

The first bottom hit 1.27 and close at 1.28

This second bottom did not touch 1.27 but touch 1.28 only at end of day.

There are many shortists waiting to buy below 1.28 and I don' t think they will get it.

Also cannot compare this company with others when major share holders buy back.

It may break 1.28 as the shortist (s ) will short down heavily given that their average short price probably in the 1.50 to 1.70 ranges. Of course this will induce / trigger sell That is when the short covering will come in. If this does mot happen then the short covering will push up past 1.50 quickly. Better get ready all your bullets to buy

The selling is timed and corordinated. Whoever shorting knows how to sell small numbers a bit a time. It is not normal selling
