$2 may be not a problem but that' s after shares consoldate, mean 100 shares become 1 share

very likely will happen before end of 2015 if the management does not intend to push price above 20 cents

now can only hold on to this counter and stay with Lionel for the time being and if the price fall further you may consider to buy some in order to avg your cost lower and wait till oil weather turn sunny....

believe Ezra will come back one day cos any father will never let his son fall ....

Not possible to sue. Excess is at the discretion of the company. You need to refer to the prospectus.

  Hi kamal, Under the current conditions (market, Oil prices and economy) what else I could do other than praising Lionel. My biggest mistake was vesting in his company knowingly what he would do to the company.

People always sell, bcoz afraid of losing more even though they have already lost a lot and always buy, becoz dreaming of winning more even though they already wining a lot in paper. No wonder most people always lose, in the market.

I call it foolish that not selling while falling from 1.5 to 0.14, then selling while it may further fall from 0.14 to 0.12. I also SIGH!

only the CEO and his top management know and of course if DBS and CS back them will also know the story behind .......

i agree ezra is damn bloody cheap already but consider huge rights share floating in market can easily whack down by 2 to 3 pips....
