One of my favorite fellow oceanuser. For me, I sleep at peace every day on this. Of course, who don ' t want Oceanus chiong fast to 10 cents so we can ALL celebrate and tell our  friends we are trading or investment gurus. But Patience is a Virtue, and I think for me at least I will be happier when Oceanus goes to 10 cents based on Fundamentals. I think 3-4 cents is a consolidation phase, Im fully vested already so im just gonna sit tight, and min 8 cents b4 even considering selling. but prob start the sells at 10. Cheers fellow Oceanuses, in Peter Elon Musk Koh we trust!

Rear your own crabs? Growing interest in AQUACULTURE in Singapore. Interest in aquaculture is growing. Singapore' s " 30 by 30" goal -  to produce 30 per cent of its nutritional needs by 2030  - has also put the sector in the spotlight. Recently, the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) announced that it will pump $23 million into 12 research projects - of which eight are focused on aquaculture - to boost Singapore' s food security.   Mr Melvin Chow, senior director of SFA' s food supply resilience division, tells The Sunday Times the agency is already working with the aquaculture sector to strengthen food security. Farms keen to adopt advanced farming systems can tap the agency' s Agri-food Cluster Transformation Fund, launched last month, for co-funding support. SFA is also reviewing farm practices to enhance business resilience and will be launching new sea space tenders in the next few years. Hunt for talent and expertiseBut industry players note that the right talent and expertise are still lacking. More than just seafood farming, aquaculture has to be supported by various other sectors, says Dr Lee Chee Wee, director of Temasek Polytechnic' s (TP) Aquaculture Innovation Centre. These include nutrition, genetics, water and waste management, food processing and logistics - all areas which require a skilled workforce. Dr Lee adds: " High production costs and space constraints are major challenges. One way to boost profitability is to increase productivity via technology adoption." The goal for his centre, he says, is to develop super-intensive farming systems that suit the local environment, besides developing better feed, disease control and water management. https://www.straitstimes.com/life/food/rear-your-own-crabs-growing-interest-in-aquaculture-in-singapore?utm_campaign=stfb& utm_medium=social& utm_source=facebook& fbclid=IwAR1SWkiAEDJvSUuYX_VoZQ-9g5vm7wWOv0B3ow8RqeYOppXE7iCvLzJ1wCc

I believe I was one of the most fervent support of Medtecs from Big Wins to Break Even. I sold average of 0.965 before XD recently (i.e i don' t get dividend) because of Recent Bad Results (in my opinion) at least. I lost 100k after holding it for the longest time in this chat along with Longtermer. And at 1.02 (after XD) = 1.02 + 0.055 = 1.075 - 0.965 = 0.11 x 500,000 = 55k gone in just 1 week. Do I regret and heart pain? Yes. Of Course I wish UP and Longist Huat. Am I tempted to re-add? Yes BUT after a few seconds, No because I take it as NOT fated. I think this is a Stock of Sentiment trumps Facts.  When Medtecs had Results/Numbers but Sentiment Bad, DOWN. But now Medtecs have NO Results, but Sentiment GOOD, UP. Also Very Hard to Play with this BB or in general SGX Market, they really do what they want. I have no advise for anyone because this can go 4 SGD if BB want, n can go 0.70 if BB so desire. I dont like hope or see mood of stupid BB, so I made the decision to cut as the numbers have fallen way way too fast for my liking. I think Medtecs may go 1.2/1.3, good chance but anymore I am doubtful on FA terms, I just hope swapping to US tech returns me more than my Medtecs losses.  Short Term Wise Medtecs is a BUY. SG seems to be Failing (sadly). Cheers All: Ride the Sentiment N Narrative to Huat! Wish Longist Bros, Huat Ka Siao!

Wrote to CEO for Update, no promises.  Hi Peter, I wanted to reach out to say it was great presentation during the AGM recently. Vested long term in Oceanus, having utmost faith in you and the entire Oceanus team. I understand that Oceanus has moved away from Quarterly Reporting, would Oceanus consider doing a Q1 Business Update to keep shareholders more up to date with the Company' s progress and business? Thank you.  |

[ A walk through time ]
When I joined the Oceanus family six years ago, I made a promise to our shareholders: To clean up our operations, pull the company out of the red and set it on a path to growth. There were those who told me it was impossible. But I never lost heart. What kept me going were the cornerstone shareholders&rsquo belief in me and my team&rsquo s unwavering support. And we have fulfilled our promise. We turned a debt-ridden company into a profitable and debt-free one, with a strong foundation to support our future growth.
Our shared success today is only possible because of the person reading this &ndash You. You have been there with us throughout this journey, and for that, I will always be thankful. Thank you to our Oceanus family for your resilience, commitment and hard work. Thank you to our shareholders for always trusting and supporting us. As we continue to transform, we will never stop staying true to our promise on building sustainable value for all stakeholders.
&ndash Peter HK Koh, PBM

I went to do my sums, last year MT made realised gains: 120k.
So now throw back 100k out of 120k, DAMN PAINFUL. Overall from MT Stock still make but LOST 100K, actually more cause if u sold 1.98 ATH (was in queue 1.99 on that very day). Sigh.
MT: Bye forever for me at least.
Numbers have GROSSLY Changed, also personally for me I look at their New Products: Stylus Pen, Spray etc, Im doubtful those will fly or have high barriers. So for me is painful Cut Loss.
In the past, there was FA to back Medtecs so can hold but for now to me cannot. But don' t let me affect all of u. After I sell I still hope go to above 2 SGD.

That said for longist, SG covid worsening. TTSH cluster stopped 2 days ago. There was 1 Community Case, then yesterday 2 Community Case, Now 4 Community Case. Sadly Medical also partly sentiment driven, if Community Case Doubling then got hope.
But I dont like hope, so I am selling soon, so Longtermer bro, you are the LAST man standing if u have not sold.
No More Medical. And Greg has Lost on the Medical Call. White Flag Already. Bye Medtecs, u have not been good recently but thanks for the memories.
Investment Thesis: Earnings sustainability concerns arise. The performance decline in 1Q21 has brought about concerns on the longerterm sustainability of Medtecs earnings. Despite rapid vaccination progress, personal protective equipment (PPE) deliveries in England remained largely stable in 1Q21 which leads us to believe PPE demand in Europe remains elevated. However, Medtecs performance hints at a loss of market share, possibly to domestic PPE producers.
Valuation: Downgrade to HOLD with lower TP of S$0.92 based on 10.0x (near Medtecs&rsquo pre-COVID low PE) FY22F earnings. Given the lackluster performance for the quarter, we have shifted our valuation timeframe to factor in the weakening performance ahead.

Peace Out. If u lost money because u follow me on this, I apologise. I am NOT saying I am selling btw but I am inclined to think there s little chance medtecs breaches ATH.
