the thing is HPHT CD AND XD is very short period only ... many companies have like 1.5 or 2 months in between untill XD
So BB and investors can take their own sweet time to buy.. Buy not HPHT..
you have to buy fast else while stock last

HPHT will probably ding dong 21.5 to 22.5 like what it has been doing last few weeks... then friday .. especially friday late afternoon
