Just need to be more careful now. I rather hold more cash than enter with risk as daily chart has reached critical point. I am 100% cash now. Waiting for opportunity to enter any stock with short term upstrend chart.

Speaking at the Asian Monetary Policy forum,  MAS Managing Director Ravi Menon, said that Singapore&rsquo s property cooling measures have largely succeeded in keeping prices stable and moderated risk-taking behaviour. He added that the measures were introduced in a &lsquo highly unusual situation&rsquo and will not likely stay in place once the global and local economies stabilises.

This is a big announcement coming from the man in charge of Singapore&rsquo s financial regulatory body. We will have to wait and see how his comments will affect the property market here. The market has been on a slight decline in the last five months.

It' s ok, just be patient. If I am not wrong, STI may pull back soon. Wait for broad market correction to enter again. The current price already takes in the factor that CAPL will privatise CMA successfully. It may trigger selling after final announcement is made.

Ok alright . But when i see No 1 rig builder - Keppel stucked at price range of $10.70.... i think sembmarine upside limited

 

Recently minister has been raising feedback about relaxing the property cooling measures especially for upgraders  since measures had curbed property price rises succesfully.

I am not the big boy. I mention in the morning to sell the rest depends on the charts, however I was not able to sell at day high 3.22 yesterday and notice the trend changed after hitting 3.22 and then quickly off loaded the rest 50% at 3.19. Anyway we all made $$ during this wave. RSI is now 53, k% is 81, MACD crossed down. This is bearish sign. Need to monitor few more days to confirm. Better off load all and track hourly chart to confirm buy opportunity. Today' s hourly chart is very weak too. It may fall further to 3.1 tomorrow. Whether it will continue to fall or U turn, we have to monitor hourly chart closely.

the top trend line forms resistance at $3.80 exactly... somewhere near most analysts target of $3.80 to $4

If  you draw 2 trend lines over a period of last years .... Chart seems to be presenting a bullish symetrical triangle pattern

unloaded 50% and will continue to sell these few days, expect correction in June.

victory 2004 yesterday u said you unloaded 50% which i  guess is only about $3.19 or $3.20

The question is the next 50% , hold longer or sold today ?

 

I sold everything . And i reloaded today at $3.13 . Already profited from 8c dividend and selling at $3.21 .

No harm to gamble for me .

Compared to peers like Cathay with p/e : 21

Forward going business not going to be good as reported in result release ..
