Singapore Big Boys who made wrong judgment earlier about Gsp or the market  will  usually correct their position or change their outlook. This is a gradual and an ongoing process.  Thus sometimes you feel the market is lagging behind big markets elsewhere.  But if one is brave, one can choose to  enter the market  first ahead of these BBs who are adjusting because of red tapes.

When I suggested " twist" at 2.2 cents many forumers preferred " rock and roll" .  Now it is doing the " limbo" .

Waiting for this to go 80 cents this week.  Hope my expectations come true.

Reminder to all who reads my posts.  I  don't really invest in  most counters I thread, because  I love to write for the fun of it to see how my judgment turns out for everything I assess.  This can help in my future decision to play stocks.   So far so good.

Brace ourselves for HSI above 22,0000 and STI 3100 on Monday or Tuesday. DOW will move over 13,000 at ease on Tuesday.

settowin      ( Date: 19-Feb-2012 18:47) Posted:

Yes, HSI will be 3 digits plus plus. STI will hopefully add some 90 points modestly and more if aggressively. Huat arh for everyone!!

Friday was going according to what you said. Gold down, silver up, crude oil up.

Come often lah and give us some views can or not?

Laulan      ( Date: 17-Feb-2012 10:39) Posted:

I believe that if you are into metal, selling gold in exchange for silver is a better move than just buying gold.

Fundamentally, gold price might be stable for a couple of years (from watching the movements - no research done), but its potential to spike might be abit stale already, unless there are major chaos happening that might ruin the world economy.

Oil price will be the one to watch as it should be firm or higher, but in tandem with the better and improving  economies , stock price will also  rise for some time to come.

Those who are already in good profit in Ipco, why not " twist" (term used by Victortan) to some very potential pennies (not yet in action but  shd enter the scene shortly)?

I have two pennies (don't say everyone got one only hor..hehe) which I think are about to move.  If interested, then I will post

The trend is your friend. So if the " trend" is up, your stocks will make money.  If the " trend" is down, your shorts will make money.

So depending on which trend you are locked in, an opposite trend will cause you to lose money.  Only the right " trend" that you are in will make money for you.  Thus you must choose the right " trend." to make money.

Aiya, why IPCO? Already moved so much already for half cent.  I rather look at some potential ones to spike, like TTi, JES and GMG. These have yet to really move though more money needed to invest.

Actually legally a person can sue if he lost money as a result of someone telling forcefully inciting him to do something such as buying the shares, verbally (orally) or in writing, and subsequently the shares fell drastically in prices.  Of course whether he succeed in the suit or not will depend on the presiding judge.

A disclaimer is normally used to tell readers that what the writer expressed were just what was his thinking and that he would not be responsible for anyone's losses.

Like for myself, I was very adamant in " preaching" that the STI would go above 3000++ points and DOW 15K, very recently when most professionals' outlook was pessimistic.  Will people compensate me for making money if they collected shares when they read my postings? Yeah, some people may say, ok give me your paypal account, hahaha!  Important: But if lose, please don't send me a bill, lol..

SupremeA      ( Date: 15-Feb-2012 10:26) Posted:

Guys seriously, this is a forum, not a professional setting where you can be sued. If people follow blindly they kinda deserve to lose that money.

iPunter      ( Date: 15-Feb-2012 10:13) Posted:

Strictly speaking, it's not right for anyone to call for buy or sell...

There may be hundreds and hundreds of stock newbies eagerly following

those calls.  It all depends on the manner the person make the calls.

If the person adds a proviso that he may be wrong, and thus not responsible if

the newbies (and veterans) lose money by following it, it is understandable.

But if the person is utterly contentious and positive in the calls, then

even newbies deserve an apology at least..

If you go from A to Z and read up on all the sgx counters, you will find that mostly 75 percent are penny stocks  or low priced counters.

There are about 15 to 20 under valued counters, and also some turning around counters that are not even  given their deserved attention. How to really invest in Sg?  Try investing Europe, Japan, Taiwan,India,   Hongkong, China and US.    From my observation, US penny stocks can make you alot of money, with small amount of outlay, not much like sg pennies where you must put in big cap to make good money.
