Eleven is way off target.... if this truly happens.... AEM: A Major Problem is Brewing, But It Could Brew a Major Price Catalyst This is not guess-work, mere speculation, or a scam. This is a very real situation developing right now behind the scenes at AEM Holdings. The company is potentially hitting a major trading problem ~ a real supply bottleneck. But if you understand how the stock market works, this exact crisis is the perfect recipe to send the stock price skyrocketing. Why AEM Holdings is Primed for a Liquidity Squeeze The core investment thesis for AEM Holdings rests on a classic supply-and-demand mismatch: exponentially rising AI demand colliding with a severely shrinking public float. Here is why a major price catalyst is brewing: The Register is Locked: Where to find the KEY? AEM has only 320 million shares outstanding. The vast majority are held in strong hands by long-term, high-conviction backers like Temasek Holdings (~12.3%), JPMorgan, Bank of America, Fidelity, abrdn, and strategic partners like ASE Technology. They are not selling anytime soon. And so are many serious long term retailers who strongly believe in its potential phenomenal growth story. So??! Well, the Float is Shrinking With institutional heavyweights locking away shares, the actual tradable public float is getting incredibly small. This creates a severe trading bottleneck. Where does this lead to? The Bonus Share " issue" lah! To solve this impending liquidity issue and reward long-term investors, black market insiders suggest management is considering issuing bonus shares (similar to the successful multi-year blueprint used by UMS Integration). Past vs. Present: We' ve been there before, so, what' s the diff? While a small bonus issue in 2024 failed due to the industry inventory downturn, the macro environment today is completely different: > 1Q2026 Turnaround: Revenue surged 36% YoY to S$116.9M, and net profits quadrupled. > AI Tailwinds: Advanced chiplets and High-Bandwidth Memory (HBM) are driving exponential testing demand. Don' t forget we are only at the beginning of the AI revolution/boom. The Bottom Line: What' s the beef? When new thematic AI funds rush to buy AEM, they will be forced to compete over a tiny pool of available shares. A strategic bonus share issue right now would lower the per-share entry price, unlock massive retail volume, and act as the ultimate price accelerator. #AEMHoldings #SGX #Semiconductors #AIBoom #StocksToWatch #Investing |

Nvidia' s PC push carries downside risk for AEM, but DBS maintains BUY with S$11.80 target.  AEM' s broader AI exposure, including data-centre GPU, should be less directly affected  https://www.businesstimes.com.sg/companies-markets/nvidias-pc-push-carries-downside-risk-aem-dbs-maintains-buy-s11-80-target Well, the Market thinks different, a gangster' s subtle response  The bullish take on AEM Holdings argues that DBS Research' s " downside risk" label on Nvidia' s RTX Spark PC  chip is overly narrow. Looking past immediate client exposure reveals that  Nvidia' s entry structurally expands  the exact market  AEM dominates. 1. Broadening the AI-PC Testing Market >   Testing  Complexity Skyrockets: Nvidia' s 3nm RTX Spark superchip integrates a Grace CPU,  Blackwell GPU, and NVLink-C2C interconnect on advanced packaging. >   Massive SLT Demand: This extreme architectural complexity requires thorough  System-Level Testing (SLT). AEM' s proprietary technology is optimized precisely for these heterogeneous, multi-die chips >   Extreme ATC Requirements: Combining a high-performance  Blackwell GPU  and CPU creates massive heat concentrated in small areas. This dynamic requires the millisecond-level precision of AEM,s  Active Thermal Control (ATC)  systems to test safely. DOESN' T DBS RESEARCH TEAM KNOW ALL THAT?! 2. Rising Tide Lifts All Boats >   The Rub-on Foundry Effect: Intel and AMD are aggressively upgrading their own   architectures to compete with Nvidia Spark. >   Increased Order Volumes: As AEM' s legacy customers fight back with complex AI-PCs of their own, they will deploy more advanced chips. This shift drives higher test equipment intensity and consumables orders for AEM. >   Ecosystem-Wide Expansion: Nvidia' s push validates a massive, high-margin market for premium AI-PCs, raising the industry' s baseline capital expenditure. IN SHORT, AEM IS FRIEND TO ALL, ENEMY TO NONE! DBS RESEARCH PLEASE NOTE. 3. AEM' s Structural Turnaround The market' s massive 2026 rally reflects a fundamentally transformed company that is no longer a " one-customer" proxy. >   New Anchor Customer: AEM' s non-Intel fabless AI/HPC customer is scaling massively and is on track to become its largest revenue driver. >   Earnings Explosion: First quarter net profits quadrupled on a 36% jump in revenue, confirming the start of a multi-year structural upcycle. >   Expanding Addressable Market: Management raised revenue guidance and expects its Serviceable Available Market to reach  US$4.5 billion. DBS RESEARCH SHOULD FORWARD THINK TOWARDS NEXT QUARTERLY RESULTS. SHOULD BE MIND BLOGGING. While DBS focuses on near-term customer friction, our view aligns with the market' s long-term realization:  Nvidia' s entry validates the urgent global need for next-generation testing infrastructure.  MARKET CONSENSUS HAS NOW AVERAGED ABOVE $14 PLUS. DIDN' T DBS  RESEARCH  TEAM KNOW THAT?

A MUST WATCH VIDEO: I posted this on AEM thread, but I thought I posted it here too, the wisdom of words applies to here as well.
The Unstoppable AI Revolution: A Defining Moment This is the most powerful speech on Artificial Intelligence ever delivered! At the Class of 2026 Commencement, Jensen Huang ~ Founder and CEO of NVIDIA ~ delivered an inspiring keynote address at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU),  widely recognized as the ultimate birthplace of AI  (8:03). Huang, who received an honorary Doctor of Science and Technology degree, mapped out the definitive arrival of an unstoppable AI era that will reshape how everyone lives and works from here on.

A Historic Parallel: Jensen Huang meets Steve Jobs
This address is already being compared in the same light as Steve Jobs' s legendary June 12, 2005, Stanford commencement speech ~ widely considered one of the most- watched and deeply influential graduation addresses in history.
In 2005, Jobs famously declared:
" Your time is limited, so don' t   waste it living someone else' s life. Don' t be trapped by dogma ~ which is living with the results of other people' s thinking. Don' t let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition." The UMS INTEGRATION Connection: Shutting Out the Noise
Ironically, Jobs' s timeless advice applies perfectly to investors of  UMS INTEGRATION  today. The message is clear: if you believe in the strong fundamentals and phenomenal future growth of UMS, you must shut out the short- term market noises, follow your conviction, and stay firmly vested.

Wow... ah tong, you rather have durians from one durian tree, than from a whole plantation....? okay, let me put it in another simple way..... Six dollars is a world difference from ten fifty..... imagine a $4.50 difference and suppose you have 70   lots, that' s $315,000 more!.... convert to ringgits, that' s RM1 million .. for RM1 million, you can invest in a whole durian plantation! Like I did a few years ago in a durian plantation in Sungei Besi, Malaysia.... and I been having FREE durians every year since! As I said this is just the beginning of the AI revolution.... and AI boom..... so it' s like a long long way to enjoy more durians, I mean, fruits of the investment..... put it in another way, the train line is now only from Woodlands, to JB.... soon it will extend to North of Malaysia, then on to Thailand, then Vietnam, then China.... from there god knows where it will be extended to.... it seems endless... OK, maybe you may not believe in my words.... but listen to Lisa ! Enjoy!..... I mean watching her speak, and not your durians which are long gone..... Lisa Su: We' re Only in the 3RD INNING of AI! Demand Will Surge Through 2029! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sUQqgqd96eo |

" A power stock only holds power if you have the power to hold it." ah tong, I never advise anyone to enter at this stage, but I' ll make an exception to you...... you should get back in with based on all the positive stuffs I posted on AEM......as I said, this is only the start of the AI boom, things are developing at a super lightning speed, the next couple of developments, trust me, are going to be mindblogging......people don' t see the current fundamentals any more, soon, they will be closing their eyes and juz hoot, especially if THESE DEVELOPMENTS WILL COINCIDE WITH THE END OF THE CONFLICT....... then there' s the Nasdaq listing to consider, then there' s the 1H results to look forward to...... no end, no ending news..... for you, you would have make probably $2 or $3 from your ealier trades ..... so whatever price you enter now, you probably would be $2 or $3 ahead of any guy who is entering now.......anyway, it' s your call, don' t say I never jio....... And as I said, every single day, there' s a positive news or development relating to AI, and these are not AI generated news, they are real happenings.......even if you shut your eyes, you will see them in your dreams, no escape one!......that' s how scary it is....... This is what I posted in the UMS thread, which is applicable to AEM very much....... remember, it' s in your power to own them....... ================= Like my favourite quote says, " You can' t see the forest for the trees" ...... I am telling you, don' t every day, just keep looking for that one durian tree, and you miss the entire durian plantation altogether....... practically every single day, there are exciting positive news on AI and AI related developments but people just can' t see them......" We look for wealth afar, yet it sits on our doorstep" , the uneducated coffee shop uncles will mock you!......Which is why I keep saying, that this AI momentum is unstoppable......not only that, it will keep growing, and growing, and growing....... Here, for today, I shall entertain you with just a few tokkong developments, they are actually right before your eyes.......hidden in plain sight, so they said..... ============= AMAT CTO Targets Singapore Robotics Growth Applied Materials CTO sees potential to develop robotics ecosystem in Singapore.  Embodied artificial intelligence is the next big inflection point in the AI evolution, and AMAT intends to be front and centre in developing it, said the semiconductor equipment manufacturer' s chief technology officer.   https://www.businesstimes.com.sg/singapore/applied-materials-cto-sees-potential-develop-robotics-ecosystem-singaporehttps://www.businesstimes.com.sg/international/global/chinas-first-humanoid-robot-incubator-has-its-eyes-set-south-east-asia-starting-singapore-office Strategic Gains for UMS from AMAT' s Singapore Expansion.  AMAT' s expansion into Singapore' s robotics and Embodied AI ecosystem directly strengthens UMS through several key benefits: > Revenue & Order Growth: AMAT is UMS' s primary customer. Sibei cham.... snakes trying to spread fear again..... PANG SIM LAH! The correlation between U.S. space equities and Addvalue Technologies is asymmetrical. While a Blue Origin  operational failure does not hurt Addvalue, a SpaceX public listing acts as a major positive catalyst. This is due to  direct operational dependency, sector valuation benchmarks, and institutional fund flows. A bit cheep here but basically  it means a KTMB train accident in JB does not mean it will affect our entire MRT system here mah.... 1. Why the Blue Origin Explosion Has No Impact > Zero Launch Dependency:  Addvalue' s small-satellite clients rely on SpaceX Falcon 9 rockets, completely bypassing  Blue Origin' s unproven New Glenn launcher. > Isolated Failure:  Institutional investors view the launchpad explosion as an isolated execution error by one company,  not a systemic failure of the satellite communications sector. 2. Why a SpaceX IPO is a Positive Catalyst > Operational Validation:  SpaceX commands the primary launch infrastructure that deploys Addvalue' s hardware into orbit. A capital injection there secures Addvalue' s deployment pipeline. > Valuation Benchmarking:  A mega-scale SpaceX listing re-rates the entire space sector. This sets a highly favorable valuation ceiling  just as Addvalue prepares its own U.S. Nasdaq spin-of...... For those detractors who anyhow talk about Addvalue&rsquo s status, go figure out  what a Nasdaq valuation means. > Institutional Capital Flows:  The IPO will draw massive institutional liquidity to the sector. Fund managers seeking profitable,  revenue-generating space targets will naturally screen for profitable counters like Addvalue.

I posted this in the AEM thread, but the message is the same, the AI train is before you and it is here to stay ...... it is more scary than a bullet train, missed it, it will flash pass you completely..... but like a bullet train, it will stop at a station once in a while, it will require maintenance stop once in a while ..... that' s when you will have an opportunity to to get on board..... the unstoppable momentum of the AI train, once it starts again...
=========== Don' t Miss This Video: The Profound Message Behind the AI Boom https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TNLSxtxyB2U   There is an absolute, unstoppable AI capital train barreling ahead, and it will not stop for anyone  (0:37). If you want to ride this wave and stay invested, you must ruthlessly shut out the noise.  Block out the bitter detractors suffering from a deep " wealth-hating mentality" (仇 富 心 理 ). Driven entirely by financial regret, these people either completely missed the boat or sold out way too early. Unable to handle their own regret while watching forward-thinking investors (who stayed invested) win, they weaponise their bitterness. They aggressively plant seeds of doubt just to soothe their own egos and ensure you fail where they did.  Their toxic mentality is simple:  If I can' t have it, neither can you.  Look past their sabotage, lock into the real capital flow, and secure your position  (5:29).
Here is why the macro shifts discussed in this video matter to you: (As I said, it is a very simple video but the message is profound.......)
Singapore Semiconductor Ambitions: AEM' s Strategic Expansion
The video uncovers how Singapore' s AEM Holdings is aggressively expanding into San Diego, California to secure a stronghold in the global AI boom  (0:59). To survive a massive surge in AI chip demand, semiconductor ecosystem players must rapidly pivot from traditional backend testing to highly advanced, system-level engineering.  (Note: The video is in Mandarin, but you can follow along easily with English subtitles).

Why AEM is the Key Actor
>   The Unforgiving Speed of the AI Train: Development cycles have shrunk dramatically  (1:33). Companies must now bypass traditional buffer periods and move straight from design to immediate mass production  (4:20). >   Assembling the Parachute While Falling: The pressure is immense. Testing firms must adopt a " solve on the go" approach,  fixing design weaknesses mid-air to avoid halting global AI chip production  (4:24). >   Proximity to Innovation: Expanding to California taps directly into specialized US military-grade and aerospace engineering talent to solve extreme physical limits, ultimately driving a massive leap in global capacity  (1:16).
Crucial Lessons We Can Learn
>   Agility Trumps Perfection:  Waiting for a flawless product design before scaling is a dead business model  (4:11).  Success belongs to those who make rapid, real-time adjustments on the factory floor(4:24). >   Move Up the Value Chain: Firms must abandon slow, legacy manufacturing. Surviving the AI wave requires an aggressive pivot to high-margin, advanced system testing. >   Go Where the Talent Is:  Staying competitive means looking beyond local borders  (1:12). Companies must plant operations exactly where global technological breakthroughs and heavy capital collide. |

Please la! Haidelo Steamboat. McDonald delivery on a bicycle. No comparison la! Do you really know what is the business that AVT is going to list in Nasdaq? Like, really really know? If want to compare, at least use Creative Technology la, IPO US12 bucks, more than five times overscribed, eight years later reached as high as US$50. Do more research before hooting people la. Negative posts are welcome, but must be fair comment mah. You already make your money. Let the next guy who bought 0.19 from you, make his money please.   Don' t keep on talking negative. and btw, of course I know what business Grab and SEA do, I m juz being sarcastic making a point.

At the coffee shop last nite, the uncles also gave me a thick report on AVT, which they said was from the mafia chiefs i looked through, wow, full of revelations and informations...... but it was too much andI know people here don' t like to read such thick report  So, I throw into an AI communication box, and asked it to summarise..... so I m posting this summary (with the heading of the report..... (please you ask Google e AI, they can' t or won' t be able to give you this heading),  which already tells you a lot. I will post the important parts of the report, if there' s enough long term interests Otherwise really a waste of effort and time ========== Riding the SpaceX Wave: Addvalue' s NASDAQ Flight Path Addvalue is strategically positioning itself for significant growth as a high-conviction space sector proxy, primed to benefit from increasing investor interest in the industry. The  upcoming SpaceX IPO is expected to lift its valuation  as a space sector proxy. The company is spinning off its space unit (AVS) into a NASDAQ-listed subsidiary, leveraging its  proprietary IDRS terminal technology  and a partnership with Inmarsat to build a strong competitive advantage in satellite connectivity and defense drones. Financially, the firm has  zero debt and high margins, with a focus on reinvesting cash into a  substantial order book, particularly within the satellite connectivity and defense drone sectors. |

WOW, wow.... mercenaries, whether contrarians or shortlists, gave me a " dislike" rating wor..... come on, I was just trying to give u a reality check, you can choose not to believe me mah, AS I ALWAYS ADVISE EVERYBODY.... but you can' t run away from something that is a truth happening..... you think when the gangsters open table and show their faces here, the stock suddenly ran from the Cha Cha Cha price of 0.13+ to 0.19+ in TWO DAYS is mere coincidence?..... whatever that floats your boat lor.... I don' t want to argue with anyone on that, very tired.... but I' ll let you interpret what the coffee shop uncles were shouting last nite, as they kept opening more and more beer bottles...... they spoke in Hokkien , and my hokkien is not very good, so you have to make out what they were trying to say..... " This time ho sey liao.. ....anyhow throw the line, sure got fish ah, one by one tio kee lai, boh fish, also got prawn, sotong, sometimes lobsters even..... wa, gonna have si bei many happenings! when EGM is called and shareholders passed Nasdaq listing resolution, price will bam bam bam! when AVT submits formal application to US regulatory authority, price will bam bam bam! when AVT meets Nasdaq market valuation and gets approval, price will bam bam bam! when AVT announces they have raise capital at a much higher premium in the US market, price will bam bam bam! when SpaceX IPO on June 12, next month wor, price will bam bam bam! when AVT becomes Tier1 supplier to major US defense primes and commercial space gaints, price will bam bam bam when T-linked company announces strategic commercial partnership (using AddValue' s IDRS hardware for its upcoming satellite constellations), price will bam bam bam! when garment says to AVT, come come, we want to give you contracts, price will bam bam bam! when AVT announces more than stellar first half and full year earnings, price will bam bam bam! when AVT starts giving dividend payout for the first time, price will bam bam bam!!!!!!!!!!" believe or unbelieve up to you lor..... but I tell you something, tomorrow 9.30 to 10.30 price may come down, then that time how you want to act, up to you lor...... I myself also don' t know..... but what I know is that you shouldn' t be saying, 20 is coming, or 20 is next, or going to reach 20 soon.....you should be shouting " 30 is inevitable" (if NO Iran bommbings or no nuclear war lah!).... but the coffee shop uncles are even more daring, they were shouting " No 60 No Sell!" last nite..... don' t know if they shouting " cents" or " sens" ! As you know, the coffee shop uncles are mostly uneducated and can' t read charts   or balance sheets.... so dyodddd please!

Let me carry on with my coffee shop story....... as I said, the mafia people got no patience to wait for the stock to be listed in NASDAQ which take quite a long while........ so there must be another compelling reason for them to be involved lah, what it is up to u to believe.......but but BUT! ......for those who believe in the fundamentals, this Nasdaq listing is a very strong catalyst itself, and this is no kuching kurang or benda kecil matter .........so, you must be patient, but when it comes, at every stage, like the coffeeshop uncles said, the price will " bam bam bam!" ============ Addvalue' s Nasdaq Listing Roadmap Addvalue Technologies Ltd  is executing a cross-border spin-off of its satellite communications arm,  Addvalue Solutions (AVS), for a proposed listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The parent company intends to retain a controlling interest of at least 51%. Phase 1: Current Status & Local Clearances > SGX Consultation (April 2026):  Addvalue applied for and successfully received clearance from the Singapore Exchange (SGX), confirming the transaction complies with local " chain-listing" rules. >   U.S. Application Status:  Addvalue  has not yet submitted  formal application papers to U.S. authorities. Therefore, U.S. regulatory approvals have not been granted, and the timeline countdown has not started. Phase 2: Next Steps & The EGM Timeline Before heading to Wall Street, Addvalue must finalize local shareholder approval: >   Circular Issuance:  The company is currently drafting a detailed restructuring circular. > EGM Notice:  Once finalized, Addvalue will distribute the circular and issue a  14-day notice  to call an EGM. >   Shareholder Vote:  Investors must pass a majority resolution at the EGM to authorize management to submit the formal U.S. regulatory applications. Phase 3: U.S. Regulatory Procedures & Timeline  (6&ndash 8 Weeks) Once shareholders approve the mandate and official filings are submitted, the SEC and  Nasdaq process takes  6 to 8 weeks  to reach the final listing day: [ Weeks 1&ndash 3 ] Formal Application & SEC Form F-1 Pre-Filing               -> Nasdaq reviews corporate governance and financial criteria.               -> SEC reviews investor disclosure adequacy. [    Week 4  ] Regulatory Comment Letters               -> Regulators issue formal feedback demanding clarifications.
