Agree with you. If there is no increase in share price and DPU, what's the point of acquisition? They should learn from Areit, CMT , CDL reit and etc. |

Like what I had mentioned before: "Amount of distributable did increase, but however, with the increased number of properties, the DPU in cents does not seem to be that attractive as compared to the past. In the past, the number of owned properties are less but the DPU in cents(annually) are more even through the amount distributable is less. The shares price are also higher in the past but not so for now. I wonder how are they going to address in these aspects!!!!" Questions to Ponder: how are they going to fund their future acquistion. If by issuing of share again, it is going to dilute the DPU in cents per share and OF COURSE, the amount distributable should go up but DPU in cents per share is down......no use to share holder. If through "debt headroom", how is it going to affect the DPU in cents per share then? What about the outlook and shares price? What is the share price going to be in long term, i.e when will it hit the $1, $1.5, $2 and $2.5 mark? How are they going to make this stock attractive as compared to other reits OR other incoming REITS that is going to be launched, for instance, by Mapletree? As of now, the future looks ????? |

Mapletree Logistics Trust 87.5 cents | Hold OCBC Investment downgrades from Buy but raises the fair value estimate to 86 cents from 84 cents. The house says the trust is likely to speed up the acquisition pace beyond its current debt headroom of around $165 million, with “$300 million worth of assets in its sponsor pipeline already at or nearing completion”. |

BB = Big Bank?? Haha..I dunno la.. Just keep seeing this term being used over and over again in this forum.. So I used loh... As for how I know whether is this stock under accumulation, is becos I am at home monitoring its' movement...( Cos I am down wif flu...) At closing 5.00pm... the stock has been hovering between 0.595 and 0.600... Then after 5.15pm... It shot up to 0.615... Some big players are obviously playing this I think.. Just now I took a look at the charts and saw that Maple has broken out of its channel on thurs... So I think this stock is gonna continue to head up !!!! Anyway, I am holding tis for long term and won;t let go unless till 0.900.... Today collect some dividends as medical compensation.. ahhaha

Yup... This is the best counter in my collection.. That is why i am accumulating when i have money.. A huge discount to NAV and stable DPU.. And no future rights issue risk... And bought at discount to the provious rights issue and share price... The low trading volume is a concern... But it seems that everyone is holding this for long term and this is why the low volume.. |
