x 0 x 0 Alert Admin	Press Release Dispute Regarding Bahrain Hotel Management Agreement 10 March and 8 April 2010, Banyan Tree Holdings Limited (“BTH” or “Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts Pte. Ltd. (“BTHR”) has terminated its Hotel Management Agreement (“HMA”) with Al Areen Holding Co. B.S.C Closed (“Al Areen”) for Banyan Tree Bahrain with effect from 10 April 2010 (“Termination”). The immediate Termination instead of a two-week period required under the HMA was the result of Al Areen’s further breaching the HMA by taking over the resort on 9 April which resulted in the infringements on the brand rights, and inconvenience and confusion to the guests and associates, travel partners and suppliers.
