United Envirotech: Secures RMB30m EPC contract

Summary: United Envirotech Ltd (UEL) has secured a RMB30m contract from the Hegang municipal government to construct a 30,000m3/day waste-water recycling facility; this to supply recycled water to the chemical plants in an industrial park in Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province, China. According to management, the EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) project will commence immediately and with its expected completion by end 2010, the project will contribute positively to its FY11 performance. UEL remains optimistic about its prospects, given that its advanced membrane technologies – where its continuous membrance filtration (CMF) and membrane bio-reactor (MBR) technologies are able to treat wastewater and produce high-grade recycled water in a single step – are cost effective solutions; these will place UEL in a good position to leverage on more wastewater recycling opportunities available in China. We estimate that the latest project win will bump its order book up by 10% to around S$66m, which is well within our projections of contract wins for this year. Nevertheless, we will be speaking with management to get an update on its prospects. Maintain BUY with S$0.52 fair value.

There is no way to see the fibinocci right.
