Today, ST Engg took a sudden U-Turn.

This should not be the case, but I saw some BBs dumping this counter in huge volume at lower prices.

Things have changed. I'm selling and cutting my losses.

This is my personal opinion, don't take it too seriously.

Today is a good day to Buy ST Engg.

1. Price moving about MA30, a sign of bullishness.

2. Support Level at $3.20 and Immediate Resistance Level at $3.30.

3. ST Engg is in an Up-Trend Channel with the immediate high of $3.35. There is a lot of room for up moves.

4. MACD shows the downslide has stopped and price is starting to move up.

5. Stochastic is moving out of the oversold region. This is a good time to Buy.

6. RSI is at 51%, just crosses over to Bull Territory.

7. Company's finance are sound. Revenue, Profit and Cash Flow are good Quarter-On-Quarter and Year-On-Year.

This is my personal analysis, you invest at your own risk.

It's getting difficult to find good undervalued with high profit potential stocks.

You are right that the upside may be limited, but at least this counter has a chance of moving up.

At this time, its best that you are fully invested and waiting to take profits, rather than buying.

If you are just starting to Buy, you cannot expect good margin like others who have brought early July.
