Accident just waiting to happen. Meanwhile i cant deny it will still go up. How high? Probably 54cent.

Surprising, as this is one of the strongest Momentum stocks returned on my stock screen.   63-Day Twiggs Momentum is strong at 200% . Narrow consolidation is bullish. Breakout above $0.18 would signal another strong advance.   Does anyone have any background information?
